I was in control of the situation and didn’t feel pressured to get insurance the consultant was very professional.

I had no idea what I was doing or what my options were. Liam was extremely helpful and talked me through the whole process, the outcome was far better than I’d expected and I’ve recommended lifeline to all my friends. Very professional but also put me at ease with a friendly voice at the end of the phone.

Having never had a life insurance policy before, Daniel explained to me very clearly the options open to me. I answered an extensive set of questions to match me with a life insurance provider and it is now up and running. I am pleased that the monthly payments are manageable for me.
