Responsive to follow up and Solution Oriented
While I provided all my information transparently, I was issued a policy with conditions that would render my policy useless. Fortunately, I went through all documents and realized the issue.
I was then helped and provided all support to get a suitable cover with another company.
They are responsive and do go all the way to help to sort out issue. That makes them a good partner to work with.
