Yodel,bless em,managed to lose a pair of boots at the local delivery hub.Yodel did a manual search and the boots had vanished into the bottomless pit where lost parcels go! I had already contacted Hope Valley,and when I emailed again and told them still missing ,well I was impressed by the speed and helpfulness of theirs response.Today I received a replacement pair, delivered by DPD within a few days of reporting.I am not often impressed,but I would not hesitate to deal with Hope Valley again,and,will be recommending the company to others.Well done! 👍

Very over due review….

I’ve ordered from here a couple of times now over the last year and half my daughter has been riding. The items have been perfect and they great in prices too. The website is very easy to use, and the email updates on orders are thorough. My ordered have come quickly and well packed.

I did however have a small issue with an item that I ordered for Christmas that was damaged. This was a gift for my niece. I contacted them as soon as we realised as the item was in a plastic package so this wasn’t noticeable until it was opened. The customer service team was 10/10. I had dealings with Amy and Eve throughout my communication. I was offered a replacement however unfortunately it was out of stock, so I was refunded for this. These ladies were
They were attentive, responsive within a very quick and timely manner, thorough, very polite and professional. I was kept upto date throughout.
They are an absolute credit to Hope valley customer service team. Over all service throughout my who hope valley experience is 100% a 5 star and I will continue to purchase from this company.. I’m so please I have found somewhere that is reasonable in price, quality items and hassle free shipping. Recommended to all my horse riding friends too.

Super friendly company, Great online shopping from home. Nothing is too much trouble if you want to exchange sizes. I usually pick up from their local warehouse which is perfect for me. Products are great and I love their sales weekends too!

We visited the store when in the area a few weeks ago for a browse for our horse riding daughter, they stock a fabulous range of items. We came away with some new riding tights and hat silk. Very knowledgable staff around one helping someone with riding hats. Will definitely be back, as we visit the area a couple of times a year.

I’ve bought various items from Hope Valley over the years and all items have been as described with no issues in regards to quality and sent out asap. I always find their prices very competitive and the website is kept up to date with a good variety of sizes and colours in the items I’m interested in.

Have brought a few times from Hope Valley Saddlery including having a delivery this week. They always provide great service and fast delivery on a brilliant range of horse and rider items. Their auction site is especially fantastic to bag some great deals on top brands.

We have been several times to try on new hats. Staff are really helpful and patient with my daughter. They have good sales and a fantastic range of stuff.

We went along today to buy new hats for our daughters.

The lady who helped us, I think her name was Holly, was so knowledgeable and patient as she went through all options and offered advice while also conscious if our budget.

We have been a few times now and wouldn't go anywhere else for safety equipment.

I order nearly everything I need for myself and my horses on hopevalley. The quality, customer service and delivery times are second to none. Most recently I ordered for my old boys birthday and he loved everything as per usual! Love love love HOPEVALLEY!

Hope valley are my go too shop for anything equestrian, amazing sales , and offers customer service is excellent always quick to get in touch if item is out of stock and provide replacement, and a visit to the shop is a MUST I could of stayed there for hours, just don’t take non horsey partner !

Our favourite saddlery, full of everything we need for our pony. Staff always very friendly and helpful. Also ordered online, great service.

So, I purchased several items from hope valley. One item was not there, I emailed to be basically told the girl who packed the parcel remembers putting the coat in. They then proceeded to suggest that it has been stolen. 1) package undamaged
2) I work for the delivery company !!
Now 10 days later still nothing resolved and it was a birthday gift.
With feed etc I spend hundreds a month with equisupermarket and never once have they done and incorrect order, absolute disgrace keep the jacket

Love the store had boots fitted and 2 hats very knowledgeable and always there to help
