Do not order from Horrormerch!
I ordered a pre-order item from their website. After not receiving it for about 5 months I was able to get a refund with a store credit. Ordered a tank top with the store credit plus a few buck on November 4th 2023 and still have not received it as of March 10th 2024. I've contacted them several times through their issues page, but haven't heard a thing. I'm sure I'll never see my money. They suck hard.

Quick shipping and the figures are perfect!

Glad I rolled the dice as a first time customer - will definitely be back to fill some holes in my collection

I've ordered 95% of my horror shirts from horrormerch. Love their selection and their prompt shipping.

Ordered a shirt for my brother's birthday. The company took my money but refuses to ship my order or even acknowledge when, if ever, they intend to ship. I just keep receiving some generic automated response that does nothing to answer my questions. I will never order from this company again and I recommend others to shop elsewhere if you want to receive your purchase. What a joke.

Merchandise was ordered and paid for. Merchandise was never shipped due unavailability. Request for refund refused. Commentary regarding "refund window" is irrelevant and disingenuous - the sales contract was finalized when payment was accepted and additional contract requirements cannot be added later without both parties agreement.

So again they are a horrible place to buy will keep setting bad reviews took my money and they will not refund you even inside the 180 day policy they are a scam all they keep doing is replying with the same automated email to see previous they will not fix their mistake and as far as the shipments go they told me they couldn’t get four of the missing items in question do not believe anything you will be in a constant battle with the horrible customer service

Have been buying stuff from them the past few Christmases for gifts. Never disappoint and glad they are still around!!

I paid a hefty amount for preorder items in May 2023. These items were not fulfilled. Per the company's 180-day policy, I received an email in November stating that I'd receive a refund. Two months later, no refund and no responses to my emails. I will be registering more complaints about this company until they refund my money. In the meantime, save your money and get your horror fix elsewhere.

Follow-up to merchant's response: horrormerch.com, if you had done the right thing and issued a refund as promised, I wouldn't have had to resort to a credit card chargeback. Severely disappointed with your customer service.

Horrible website and customer support. It’s impossible to get anyone to actually respond. From finding out the status of credits THEY issued for me on cancelled items, from finding out the status of missing items..,this company makes it impossible to get any help outside of a horrible automated system. Will never buy from this website again. Also..these products are cheaper on other sites, with far better customer support.

I had a pre order that took 8 months to fill even though the figures were released months before I got my preorder. They could not get the other half of my order and have not given me a refund for the items not received. Communication is little to none. Multiple ignored emails. They stall until you're past the point of charge back. After get they will give you little to no response. Tired of fighting for money that's owed to me. This is basically theft. I would never purchase from them again and an going to leave this review across multiple platforms to warn everyone.

So you just admitted to not sending my entire order and mentioned nothing about my refund. That 3rd item was actually a package of 3 different items. So it's more like you sent 2 of 5 products. You basically just proved what I said. I've emailed you once week for the past month and got no response. Just give me my refund! The emails you send are all auto generated garbage and it's impossible to talk to an actual person. Wish I read these reviews before dealing with you guys. Thieves! Stay away at all costs.

I ordered two items from HorrorMerch.com and the first arrived no problem. I never received the second order and here I am a year later without a shipping notice or anything. Their contact us page is an absolute horror show to get through and all you get is an automated reply that does nothing to assist you. I guess I’ll chalk it up to a loss and know who not to order future orders from. It’s too bad too because they really have the best selection online. I just cannot order not knowing if I’ll ever receive my order. Order # 17066684.

@Horrormerch, I have not initiated the CC dispute yet. Are you canceling the order and refunding as requested? If so, send me a confirmation and a refund and I'll update or delete this review. Original Review: Same story as everyone else. It's been months since my order and after I asked to cancel it 3 times, I get the vague email telling me to "refer to previous emails". I responded again and again asking to confirm cancelation and have not received a response or a refund.

Product was delivered safely and earlier than expected! It was exactly what I thought and very clean and in perfect condition. I'd highly recommend this website to any horror fan who needs some good merch!

Horrible company, avoid at all costs. It's been six months since my order and nothing but but vague emails telling me to "refer to previous emails" when I ask about a status. They finally sent an email offering a refund, but will not give me a reply about the status of that either. Do not do business with this seller.
