Horsham Locksmiths Ltd Reviews

Honest, professional and reliable. My front door lock had jammed, and although it wasn’t an emergency, they helpfully advised waiting until the following day to avoid an out‑of‑hours charge. The call‑out fee was confirmed upfront, and Justin arrived on time, clearly explained the locking mechanism and identified the fault. The repair was completed quickly and at a very reasonable price. He also checked everything was working correctly before leaving and explained the warranty. Excellent service, and I would not hesitate to recommend.

My lock for my home broke on 22/12/2025. I called that evening and arranged for a fix on 23/12/2025. Justin came round and fixed my issue and I am very happy and absolutely recommend this company.

Fast and professional. Our locksmith Justin was friendly, courteous and finished the job in the time quoted. Recommend.

I recently had a very. positive experience with Horsham Locksmiths after calling to have my back door lock serviced. The website’s communication was excellent and very responsive. They have a simple web enquiry tool that requires minimal technical expertise to complete, and Justin was quick to reply and reassuring in his assessment of the problem.

A suitable appointment was arranged, and Justin arrived on time. The work was completed professionally and left no mess. What truly impressed me was their honesty and caring approach. Having a problem with your back door can be stressful, especially when it comes to your home’s security. You need to be confident that the locksmith will assess the issue and fix it without unnecessary expense. Horsham Locksmiths exemplify customer communication, expertise, and honesty, and I would highly recommend them.

I am so, so grateful for their help with my old Honda Jazz which had a dodgy ignition barrel and only one key which on top of that wasn't the original key. Not only they came straight away, and I wasn't even exactly in the area they cover, but they mended the ignition barrel (WOW, A HUGE THANKS!) and they made me a new key (WOW!) with buttons so i can now lock and unlock my car by just pressing these buttons. I absolutely recommend these guys. Again, A HUGE THANK YOU!

Excellent service. From 1st email to end result. Lovely and friendly people with cute entertainment. (Alfie the cockerpoo)
Many thanks.

Sometimes you come across people that restore your faith in human nature by demonstrating characteristics such as honesty, professionalism, helpfulness et cetera. When it comes to cars and key fobs, I really don’t have a clue but Justin not only sorted out my problem but wouldn’t let me pay him either. The very least I could do is leave a review and encourage anyone with a key problem to give him a call – you won’t be disappointed.

Great service, was 1/20 that helped me in my emergency. Friendly and efficient. Reasonable prices. Would 100% recommend

I felt reassured after the initial call. Extremely quick, polite and efficient. I highly recommend. I was home safe within half an hour of call out. I can not recommend highly enough. A huge thankyou. I will be recommending to family and friends
