Easy to place order but postage slow but great product

Every product we have bought from Hoselink has quality, is as presented and looks amazing. We never have a worry with what we buy from Hoselink. We have dealt with this company for over 10 years and in that time there have been 2 issues which were dealt with by the company efficiently and satisfactorily.

Wow. What a difference the solar lights have made to my front garden. Great quality product.

Everything was great.. just wasn't aware the nozzle wouldn't come with the attachment (clip in) bit to the hose.
Luckily we had some other spares

Veggie pod very easy to use. One is 8 years old other just new. Veggies are easy to look after and I supply my friend and family with lots is beautiful veggies. I’m 81 years young and I still love doing the garden.

Great products work to perfection good value and fast delivery

Gold star service. I bought my Hoselink retractable hose when I moved into my new house, 8 years ago. Unfortunately the lever for water flow got broken, I rang and spoke to someone about what replacement I should buy, and they sent me a new one for free Plus extra washers. I am beyond happy. My hose works perfectly. Thank you

Hoselink treated me with great respect when I was looking for a replacement part for my 30metre hose reel. Yusra the customer service agent was fantastic and went out of her way to make sure I got what I needed. Hoselink products are very well designed and built and if something fails it can be repaired with ease. We'll done Hoselink, I have 3 reel and I am so happy I purchased from hoselink.

The actual product is fabulous. I’ve had numerous products over the years and would never buy anything else.

However, they’ve now adopted AI which is just annoying. Constantly changing an auto filling forms constantly saying what’s in your basket. It’s just annoying.

That is the only reason I’ve given it four stars. And to be honest if it wasn’t such a great product I wouldn’t have purchased due to the user experience.

I have recently had to replace my hose link cover after about 6 years ,perhaps even longer and the hose reel still works as new, are they cheap, no they are not but they have outlasted 2 cheaper hose reels from my local Bunnings who's cost for both out weighed the cost of 1 Hoselink reel. As a very senior citizen I would expect my hose reel to see me out. Spend a bit extra get a whole lot more.
