BIG CHANCE THIS WILL SEE YA OUT
I have recently had to replace my hose link cover after about 6 years ,perhaps even longer and the hose reel still works as new, are they cheap, no they are not but they have outlasted 2 cheaper hose reels from my local Bunnings who's cost for both out weighed the cost of 1 Hoselink reel. As a very senior citizen I would expect my hose reel to see me out. Spend a bit extra get a whole lot more.

good product
good product, not too quick on delivery but i wasn't in a hurry, the product seems as if it'll last a while although in this frosty country and no hose reel, i'll have to ensure a cover in the winter.

The products are so good and they last, I had to replace my tap connecters as my daughters dog chewed them, but it took the dog a lot to damage.

I purchased a 30 m hose plus…
I purchased a 30 m hose plus accessories. So far the hose has performed well. Having a big yard, I have three 30 m hoses, each a Gardena top of the line model, which supposedly had a 10/10 kinking rating. They weren't cheap. They are rubbish. I have put up with constant kinking for years. I thought about the Copper Bullet Pocket Hose advertised on TV; however, Australian ratings were not very good. Hence I purchased Hoselink. Hopefully, a year from now, I will continue to sing the praises of Hoselink, and replace the other two Gardena hoses.

Dumbed down product
Bought my third hose reel, this one has a different and much inferior spray head. Why the dumbing down of the produce and lack of warning.
Further, still waiting to hear back from an email to Hoselink. Very poor communication.
