Switched to HostHatch back in 2020 after getting fed up with my previous host's constant downtime issues.

What a difference! The stability has been absolutely rock solid - I can count on one hand the number of times my sites have gone down in all these years.

Their network performance is brilliant. My sites load quickly whether visitors are coming from Europe, Asia or the States. The low latency makes a real difference for my client projects that need snappy response times.

Right, let's be honest about support though - if you grab one of their Black Friday deals, expect to wait a bit longer for responses. Nothing terrible, just maybe 12-24 hours instead of the usual few hours. But here's the thing - when they do get back to you, they actually know what they're talking about. No copy-paste responses or being bounced between departments.

They're proper techies who understand server issues.
Value for money is excellent, especially if you catch their annual sales. I'm running multiple VPS instances and the performance per pound spent beats anything else I've tried.

Already planning to stick with them for years to come. Highly recommended if you need reliable hosting without the premium price tag.

Their servers truly have great performance since they do not offer services at a price that forces them to oversell. Never experience any CPU steal at all, everything feels snappy, great storage performance (fantastic IOPs at all block sizes), and amazing network performance -- 10Gbit ports minimum and multihomed for all locations.

Reliability has always been fantastic as well, never had downtime of more than a few minutes within a year, during the multiple years I've been with them so far.

Truly an excellent provider, providing one of the best price to performance offerings while still maintaining the quality of a truly premium provider. Can easily and wholeheartedly recommend to everyone!

Cannot fault my experience with HostHatch. their customer service is excellent. I signed up for a couple of VPS with very specific needs. I bugged them with probably 6 or 7 tickets in the 1st week and they replied quickly to each one and answered my questions or made requested changes pretty much straight away. I would definitely recommend them as a VPS provider.

I’ve been looking for a VPS suitable for running a website in Chrome on Windows Server, specifically hosted in Tokyo. I initially tried another provider but ran into excessive CPU steal and noticeable performance lag. I've used dozens of VPS providers and also manage some dedicated servers, but HostHatch still delivers solid performance overall. I was pleasantly surprised to get Windows Server 2025 up and running on their 6-core, 24 GB EPYC Zen 3 VPS—it performs smoothly with minimal latency over RDP. Bandwidth has been plentiful, and I haven’t experienced any outages so far. I’ll definitely be picking up a few more VPSs from them in the future.

Satisfied & loyal customer ever since I came across HostHatch way back in 2015. Throughout those almost 10 years, I can recall a few outages, and support haven't always been perfect, but that truly goes for any provider in the industry - whether that's AWS with Enterprise On-Ramp support, or a small local VPS provider. What's more unique, HostHatch offers great value for the money in terms of uptime, networking & resources, which to me is what it's all about!

Jag förstår att man erbjuder hostingtjänster, men om tjänsten inte håller måttet bör man inte sälja den och detta vet ägaren om. De hade kunnat begränsa antalet kunder och stabilisera sina tjänster istället för att lura folk och vägra betala tillbaka deras pengar.

Hostingen kostar över 1000 kr i månaden, och de vet mycket väl att de inte kan leverera den kvalitet de lovar.

Dessutom är det skrämmande att se hur många kunder de har lurat och hur de bemöter negativa omdömen. Ser inte seriöst ut precis.

Detta företaget är länkat till Prinode AB, som troligtvis också är en scam.

Edit: First of all I contacted support after 1 hour after purchase because i realized everything was a scam. If you feel offended me writing "Can i have refund please" then you should close your scamming operation. You refused to refund me 1 hour after purchase and leave me no choice to contact Paypal.

And threatening me to have my details published on other databases is a crime and i will now take legal action against your scamming company.

Avoid this scamming company at all cost.

Running multiple apps that need to be online 24/7. Hugely better than digitalocean where I moved from to hosthatch. Both the performance and price is much better than DO, and already saving quite a fortune in monthly costs. Support is been helpful in figuring out some initial tinkering.

Ordered server on 4th of January, it wasn't even set up, created ticket the same day, still awaiting for response

UPD: They offered a refund, sent some expired link and ghosted me. Do not give them your money

I’ve been using HostHatch VPS with 64GB RAM for the past 4 months, and overall, my experience has been positive. Their support has been responsive and professional, and the servers themselves are reliable.

However, the reason I'm parting ways with them is that their CPUs have become a limiting factor for our game server. As our requirements have grown, the performance of the CPUs couldn’t keep up, and we started seeing performance issues that were critical for our needs. This isn’t a reflection of their service quality but rather a matter of our use case outgrowing their hardware.

If you're hosting smaller projects, bots, or other less demanding applications, HostHatch offers excellent bang for your buck.

SCAM DONT TRUST THEM THEY ASK ME TO PAY 10 USD FOR BGP PEERING BUT CAN'T DELIVER IT , ALSO THEY ASK ME TO AVAIL A SERVER BUT ITS NOT USEFUL AS THEY ARE NOT DELIVER THE BGP PEERING .

THEY ARE A SCAM

I bought their server with 16core configuration. After using it for 14 days, it was downgraded to 8core without any prior notice. I am disputing to get my money back. I advise you not to buy them.

I purchased a server from HostHatch.com, but my experience so far has been disappointing. Despite opening two support tickets, I haven’t received any response in over two days. This lack of communication is frustrating, especially for a service that should prioritize customer support.

If this unresponsiveness continues, I may have to explore legal options to resolve the issue. I expected better service and reliability from HostHatch, and I hope they address this matter soon.

Technical support is bad. I purchased a new server and when I wanted to use it, it had problems and it did not work. I did not receive any response. I requested a refund and my request was not responded to for 10 days until the refund period expired.

я клиент хостхача уже много лет.
сейчас с толкнулсчя с проблемой что сервер выключили. письмо я обнаружил в "спам"е уже по факту отключения моего сервера.
написал тикет с пометкой срочно. с описанием пробемы.
в ответ несколько часов ничего.
создал тикет в департамент обратной связи, ответа несколько часов никакого нет вообще.

переоткрыл закрытый ими тикет, ответил там им. и в ответ снова ничего. получается написаали письмо попавшее в спам, и через сутки просто отключили сервер. и им плевать на сколько там важные данные которые мне нужны. я из за них несу убытки. финансовые и нервные. Их отношение к клиенту ужасное. посчитав отзывы по интеренту вижу что люди уже ждут ответа супорта по несколько дней. это недопустимо вообще. Я как только разберусь с проблемами, поделаю бекапы и буду менять хостера. на другого. к черту этот хостхач. сервис никакой.

HostHatch is a scam.

Their network uptime shows 100% uptime

My VPS has been down 3 times the past 3 months, for many hours...

Most recently it's down now for the past 8 hours...

But their network status shows 100% uptime

When I asked them about this, they said:

"Regarding the status page at status.hosthatch.com, the uptime being monitored on that page is for the network as a whole, for each of our regions. We do not currently have a system set up to monitor uptime on a per-node basis. The downtime you've experienced was due to the hardware node itself and not our Singapore network as a whole. I hope that makes sense."

So the whole of their "Singapore network" needs to go down, in order to report an uptime status issue?

But if their customers servers are down, for 8+ hours.. that's not a status update worthy..

That's a scam, they don't want the world to know that their servers keep going down.

They don't even share any status update about their Singapore downtime... why? because they don't want people to know.

Why they don't want people to know? because if they start sharing how often their servers go down, who would buy from them?

Stay away from Hosthatch.

I have a number of VPS machines with them, and had to report ZERO support tickets, in EIGHT years!

I don't know what everybody else is doing with their servers at HostHatch, but I have never had any better experience, with ANYONE else, EVER!

Very good self-managed VPS service. Plenty of locations, plenty of server resoucres, super fast. Have not had to use support once, everything works perfectly fine.

You will see a lot of the reviews are directed towards billing issues and refunds...... please read the terms/conditions of any company before pursuing business with them.

If you know what you are doing this is a very good service!

I have bought 2 VPSes, they worked good a lot of time, but today they went down (I even can't start it), I have messaged support, but it keeps silience already a half of a day.

Update: They repaired VPSes next day.
