Hosting Power Reviews

Great service

Everything was made so easy by the team thank you

So professional so easy so very highly recommended.

Very competent, clear communications, exactly what I wanted.

Absolutely disgusting service; notice how most of the 5-star reviews are from hosts and not from guests. They put around EUR 460 on hold as a service fee after booking a room that fits your needs and requirements, and then tell you to book up to 20 more rooms. They only tell you this AFTER you have booked your preferred room. After complying and booking another room as a backup, the next day I was declined for both rooms without an explanation. That day, I booked around 7 more rooms in total and was declined the next day again. This is extremely frustrating, as a student who had to collect money for the service fee, had to delay my flight because of this terrible service, and was left with no accommodation in the end. They have no contact number to help customers and have to resort to emailing them, which takes a day for a reply.

What makes it even worse is that they give you the option to book an 'Immediate Booking' where hosts supposedly look at your profile and want to offer their room, but these are noticeably further away from the city, much smaller, and more expensive. It's ridiculous having to resort to a worse option just because hosts do not want to respond or their room is no longer available, which, in that case, should remove the listing from the website.

Extremely frustrating experience, and I am only lucky that I could get the service fee cancelled, I recommend reading the other lower star reviews as some people have said to have gotten scammed out of EUR 450, some left without accomodation and having to sleep on the street, and with horrible hosts.

A guest cancelled on me and a short time later hosting power had another guest for me, I like that the guest are checked out before hand as it feels safer, my only criticism on this is that the writing is very small and gray with a white background makes it hard to read

We are only doing it a couple of days so far, but we have found the experience and the setup a joy to use, we would wholely recommend the service to anyone, guests are excellent and after a while they feel like part of your family, I would not hesitate for anyone to use Hosting Power, also a great support service for your queries. 5 Stars all the way. Bernadette.

great service and resolve queries quickly

Quick and easy. Clear guidelines.

I am very impressed with the professionalism of this website. Vetting of clients is well done.

The Booking Process is made simple and the security being done by Hosting site feels safe. Any questions or issues are also dealt with in a timely way.

Excellent service with hosting power the team are amazing at what they do

Attention to detail and prompt response is great

Hosting Power, we're great help, and would definitely suggest to anyone looking for teanat.

I used Hosting power for my accomodation in Galway during my Erasmus studies.

I didn‘t have any trouble with Hosting power nor with my host/accomodation. The only downside is the service fee by hosting power (~500€).

I am only new to this organisation . I must say they have been supportive and helpful to me at all times very quick responses to questions.
