The shipment was incomplete
The shipment was incomplete. I received only 1/2 of the order. I paid for 2 designer masks but received one. Upon notification, HotMerch returned an email stating that the second mask would be sent immediately. I have sent reminder emails but have had no response. It is now 2 months after the original order was pre-paid. Very disappointed.
At this point, I will contact my credit card company with documentation of lack of service and request a refund of monies paid.

I know that your original order was received on 24th July Friday afternoon and was despatched 27th Monday, so we normally act very quickly. Your situation seems incongruous to our normal level of service.

Superb Merchandise Bar!!
Having previously seen the quality of Hotmerch goods, I chose them to provide a personalised Merchandise Bar for an event I recently hosted. They could not have been more accommodating and enthusiastic. Hotmerch sourced the product I wanted, pre-personalised them and brought ready prepared branding and individual names and initials to the event for on site personalisation. The team worked tirelessly all evening, with masks on the entire time. All my guests, tweens and adults alike loved the offering and quality and they were without a doubt a highlight for us. I got the colourful Dalek t-shirt and face mask .I initially ordered the wrong size but we got that sorted in the end .They are highly responsive.

This was an easy transaction, I received my shirts within a short time for trans-Atlantic shipping. Seller made certain that my size and design choices were available.
The shirts are great quality, and the images are bright and sharp, and really cool!

I am the real McCoy t-shirt review
Good quality t-shirt (I am the real mccoy) but the sizing is a much smaller fit than other companies.
The company has been in touch and resolved my issue regarding sizing and I am satisfied with the outcome. I would consider buying from them again. Very good customer communication and service.

I decided to do some digging to see why it's taken so long as we acted super fast as always. This is what I've found:
We received your order on 2nd July at 21:27.
The postage was applied, label generated and item despatched by 22:17
The Royal Mail had the package on their system: 3rd July at 8:03am.
The item left the UK on the 4th July, but then didn't show as registered in Canada until the 25th July!
I'm sorry the Royal Mail cost us a star, but am delighted you're happy with the T-Shirt!
