I accidentally brought a decal from this seller thinking it was just a regular sticker. I asked to return the item and have a refund of £5.00 and the seller refused.

Whoever this Wendie is leaving a 1 star review and constantly updating her review, harassing Michala's Makes seriously needs to get a life. Her service is the best around, products are amazing quality and fantastic prices. It's a shame that one person has supposedly had a bad experience and feels she has to constantly harass a small business. Get a grip Wendie and harrass someone else!!!

Excellent product that arrived swiftly!

Received my item which did not match the picture as advertised on Etsy, paint work was shabby and unfinished, colour was not the same, writing was faded and smudged which seller claimed it was a rustic finish but pictures of my received item are totally different from the picture used to advertise. Seller has been rude and disputing this complaint, seller does not check quality of products before dispatching and item was painted badly the sides were not painted and the only clear vibrant part of the item was their stamp on the back for social media. Very disappointed with this issue and the fact it cost £4 there was no attention to detail, posting out badly painted items with no care whatsoever.
UPDATE- Etsy agrees with me that item I received was not as pictured, pity seller is still not happy with decision as the public can see from her reply. Not exactly professional, Very childish and obviously very petty. Etsy is a wonderful website just a shame it has people like this on it to be weary about. Would not recommend this seller as they are still disputing it even though second opinion has been issued and agreed that I did not receive the same product as advertised in the PICTURE.

As you can see for yourself the seller is childish and totally unprofessional, thanking me for MY MONEY to buy her a pint!!!! Stay clear from this seller.

This is a great company/person to deal with! Great communication and the product is great too. Would definitely recommend to anyone!
