I Spoke to Simon in Chepstow after coming in for some chemicals and ended up having a a really good chat with him. What a lovely bloke

The staff member Josie was knowledgable, informative and explained everything we needed to know when purchasing a hot tub in the future. She was fab with my 3 year old who loves the experience as much as me.

Been waiting for a manager to get back to me for 2 weeks to discuss a refund under the Consumer Rights Act. Chased it up 2 days ago was told someone will call and still nothing!
My hot tub was damaged during delivery along with the fittings for the lid being in the wrong place so it was cracked and couldn’t be secured down. To which I was initially told the straps will stretch. (Not unless I want them to rip over time.) A replacement panel has since been fitted. We had to have some of the speakers replaced as they were faulty. There are a number of outstanding issues that I raised when a guy came to replace speakers, including chemical issues and the headrest doesn’t stay in place, to which we have not been contacted back about. And more issues keep arising; some of the jets intermittently don’t work. When we were in the sales office we were told the tub is very low maintenance due to the frog system and that it’s used in holiday lets so holiday makers do not have to deal with chemicals. The service team have a different opinion to the sales team. I am constantly having to adjust chemicals daily and it requires a far higher dosage than we were advised and than it states in the instructions.
It seems that once you have paid your hard earned thousands they don’t want to know. Next stop ombudsman.

Very helpful, polite staff, who were not pushy. They had a good knowledge about the products they sold.

We came away with a good understanding of what type of hot tub would be good for us, and will be back shortly to look at purchasing one

We recently took a trip to Cadbury garden centre while we we’re there we was looking at the hot tubs never dreaming we could afford one. We got talking to Rob from Hotspring who was telling us about the benefits from purchasing a hot tub and how affordable they are. We decided on the Relay hot tub (after a few weeks of talking it though and no pressure) Rob has been with us all the way from deciding to purchase to the delivery. Even now if I have any questions or queries Robs there to help and advise. Best purchase we have ever made we love it. Thank you to Rob at Hotspring for making it easy and no pressure sale I massively recommend the relay hot tub and recommend Hotspring.
