From the first contact with the Congresbury team, through to the installation team and finally the delivery guys, the experience received was exceptional. Not our first tub, down sizing, so whilst we thought we knew what we were doing, the guys at every stage proved most helpful. Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service! Popped in to Hotsprings Plymouth to get an Ag+ unit and met with Liene McCall who was brilliant. Liene knows how to look after her customers -- excellent knowledge of the range and how to get the best from our hot tub. Not only did she answer all our questions, but volunteered some tips to get even better performance (which would save us money in the long run). The buying process last year was professionally dealt with and Sue Pascoe maid sure we bought the correct hot tub to suit our needs. She also managed a very tricky delivery. We are happy to recommend Hotsprings Plymouth.
