Hot Tub Master Reviews

Fantastic service, arrived on time, installers were fantastic and really easy to use. Would recommend

Great service pre and post sale. The staff were incredibly helpful pre purchase helping us decide which hot tub would be most suited to our needs.

They delivered on time and helped with installation.

We’ve had no problems at all since install and we’ve even received a couple of courtesy calls to check everything is ok.

Would recommend this company.

Julian was very helpful, explained all the options available on the hot tub, we got a Hunter Y and it was delivered quicker than expected, installation was very good, still waiting for the extra winter cover but was told this would be following shortly.

We received great advice and information from our first enquiry and was supported right through the process. We are extremely happy with our hot tub and we are very happy with the experience of buying with Hot Tub Master / Blue Whale Spa. Thank you so much

Excellent service from start to finish really good value for money and as a family we all sit in hot tub and communicate

Great value for money, star stream hot tub has everything we wanted; customer service always available and responsive. Delivery as planned, on schedule.
Would recommend it!

Knowledgeable customer service when going through the buying process. Prompt and friendly delivery with no damage, despite access being a little tricky.

The guys arrived at 9 o clock in the morning and were gone by 10:30. They left me to wait on the tub to fill and then a simple call to their helpdesk to get a quick familiarisation of the tun controls. Simple and easy to work with, would recommend. The hot tub is brilliant BTW, we are a family of 5 and are in it virtually every day since we got it a couple of months ago.

We had our job tub installed early July. The 2 installers v helpful in terms of use, what to do/not to do etc and we had a follow up call this week to make sure everything ok. V happy customer

Very pleasant sales staff, great delivery guys very help full pleased with hot tub

Excellent service from start to finish. We asked for the hot tub to be delivered before my 50th birthday in lockdown and it was. Made my celebrations although limited so much better! Great product at a great price :-)

Our Star Stream II hot tub arrived mid June. From purchase to installation, we were very impressed with the service and assistance given, and also with the aftercare service. We are thoroughly enjoying the hot tub and would highly recommend Hot Tub Master.

Hot Tub Master have provided a great product and the pre and post-sales service has been excellent! Customer service are very helpful and knowledgeable. So far, we are loving our hot tub. Highly recommend this company.

An excellent spa and exceptional value for money. Delivery was a breeze and we were set up in no time. Soooo much better than my old blow up tub.

Great service, especially as it was ordered and delivered during Covid. Fantastic tub. Great customer service and the delivery guys were helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend.

I ordered the nova stream 2 hot tub and from ordering to delivery the service has been 5 star. Everything was straight forward even with the current COVID guidelines the delivery was smooth and efficient. We have recommended to our friends who will also be placing an order after there holiday. We would highly recommend the nova stream hot tub to anybody looking to order this hot tub. The 2 loungers are really comfy and with the three seats we can all fit in comfortably without having to squeeze. The instructions were all emailed beforehand. If we could of changed anything we would of paid the extra for the set up as it took us a while to figure out how to place the filter in etc.

Well, it was a pleasure doing business with them, so easy from the start, kept up-to date throughout the process and the price was great too, professional installation as well, if you want a hot tub then this is the place to go

Excellent service & top quality products couldn't be happier with my purchase.

Great tub clear instruction and looks amazing
