Hot Tub Master Reviews

Awesome Tub from an Awesome Team at Hot Tub Master!! Highly recommended these guys and their Tubs!!

Great service and delivery. Ordered hot tub during lock down having burst our inflatable tub! Delivery time and communication was really good even during lock down.
We purchased a plug n play 13 Amp tub, which suited our needs and wallet. (Taking advantage of the 0% finance deal was straight forward process)
The only thing I hadn't noticed on the paperwork is that the electrical supply required an electrical installation certificate for the guarantee to be valid. However this was the only a minor inconvenience.
Delivery team was great, we arranged a date that worked for us and the driver gave us a call an hour before delivery. Once in place they gave us a few tips to keep the tub in working order.
Since installation we've used it daily and the kids love it to. Great addition to our household! Wish I'd bought one earlier.

Fantastic hot tub and great value for money too

Fantastic service from day one. Excellent quality tubs at great prices. Have recommended this company to family and friends.

Excellent service from sales customer service and delivery.

First class service from start to finish!
The experience of the installers paid off when trying to get the hot tub through the gate taking the gate off and reinstalling when they had positioned.

Excellent service from start of my order straight through upon delivery. Well done guys

I had my hottub in june love every moment me and my sons think its brilliant well worth it delivery guys and admin were great 10 out of 10

Brilliant customer service from start to finish

Ordering was so easy from this company. The staff were so helpful from.sales to installation. The hot tub itself is qaulity we love it we turn it down to 31 degrees to save electric and everytime we open the cover it never drops below 32 degrees. Which means cover and tub combined works very well and we have had some dreadful weather. A very happy customer.

The team at Blue Whale we’re great all the way through and even after it was delivered they were on hand to help with any questions. Very happy

Good customer service from start to finish. Bought full delivery and set up package having shopped around and we’re glad we did. Delivery team did everything and explained what we needed to do to maintain things going forward. We have now been enjoying the tub for several weeks and would recommend using the company.
