My experience with Morgan and Mallet hasn't been pleasant unfortunately.

The recruiters seem to ghost you after you take the time to chat and send over relevant materials .

A recruiter handling the middle East reached out to me introducing her self and Morgan and Mallet. We spoke about my background and what kind of next role am looking for.
She promised to get back to me and since then I never heard back from her not even with a hi there's a new role that might be a good fit for you , are u interested?

I sent several follow ups just total silence and ignore like read messages no reply
( unprofessional and disrespectful I must say).

Everyday going through the website I saw roles that were a good match and wondered why no one reached out and even after taking the time to apply I never heard anything back.

Funny part is I was contacted few times only for long standing roles and that had very low pays.

It was really disrespectful and unprofessional.

I think a relationship with a candidate means support means clarity means we have you on mind we remember you that's why we kept you in our system.

It hasn't been a good experience:(

This company hires recruiters from a corporate background who lack the industry knowledge required to speak with any real understanding of private service roles.
I spoke with Jonathan de Vanderbilt from the NY office and when I asked informed questions about the position, instead of taking accountability and saying he would follow up with the client, he became defensive and dismissive. He avoided specifics because he did not understand the dynamics of the role. His communication was careless and disrespectful. Messages were either ignored, answered late, or responded to with irrelevant or curt remarks that showed no attention to detail or respect for the candidate.
The company’s owner frequently posts on LinkedIn about their supposed thorough due diligence with candidates. That makes their decision to hire someone without any private service background even more concerning. This recruiter only writes job descriptions without understanding the nuances of the positions. He does not ask the real questions that matter to experienced candidates or discerning clients. I was later contacted by a different recruiter for the exact same role, who shared critical information that this recruiter had never mentioned. That alone showed how little effort he makes to understand the client or the job. He is not a true recruiter in this field, merely an intake processor.
This individual projects one face to the client but treats candidates in a way that reflects poorly on the entire firm. A recruiter representing private families and UHNW households must demonstrate discretion, accuracy, and respect. He demonstrated none of these qualities.
Among professionals in this field, this firm already carries a reputation for treating candidates poorly. My experience only confirmed that reputation. I would not recommend engaging with this recruiter or trusting him to represent you accurately to a discerning client.

BEWARE! We hired a “new born care specialist” through candidates they provided and the experience was less than professional. Our “specialist” had to end her contract abruptly and 2 months early, and we had to reach out to Morgan and Mallet FIVE TIMES before getting some junior level response. When I requested we speak to someone senior at the company, the “co-founder” said he was based in Dubai and could not speak with me. So they’re fine to take international clients money, but refuse to speak with them because their Director is based in Dubai?? Their leadership is dismal, their response to our situation was comically bad, and they’re refusing to refund us the large fee we paid them for the length of the contract with our specialist, even though she is not working for us anymore. They also have yet to send the credentials of our specialist that were represented on her resume. I would not trust this organization for any kind of staffing needs… this is not “white glove” service… this is lipstick on a pig.

I applied for a job at this company not so long ago, then one of their agents, Mr. Dave Lasponas, message me via whatsapp informing that I am shortlisted for an interview. He was very generous that he accomodate me even after office hours. He is a fellow kababayan, hence the generosity and kindness speak for himself. He was also transparent and professional during the interview. I can’t thank him enough for the gesture.
