Support team were very helpful and gave excellent instructions on how to try and fix a problem and listing and supplying any spare parts that were needed. Can’t ask for much more than that.

not very impressed, I ordered from this seller on amazon. a mixer shower that says it was delivered to my neighbors on the 31.10.23. i do believ the delivery driver took it as one i do not have a neigbour name smith and two they sent me a picture of the door but no package and then when i started investigating they removed it but i already screen shot the picture. i have contacted amazon who told me to report it to the police and get a police report, i did and now they refusing to help, I reported it to the seller who is playing games with me and lying. and i have contacted DPD who is telling me that house of ENKI needs to contact them for the outcome as it has been 7 working days but house of ENKI is telling me they are still waiting, at this point it is now 22.11.23 you need to give me back a refund this is ridiculous and starting to look like a scam which i will have to report it as.

Excellent customer service. Needed a new cartridge for a basin tap I’d bought years ago. Emailed customer service who arranged order and dispatch of new cartridge, all within hours of original enquiry. Cartridge arrived a couple of days later. Tracking and update on progress was great.10 out of 10

I ordered the part i needed and they delivered it the next day when it was really needed as it was an emergency

The product was fine. I managed to source what I needed but the issue I had was that I tried to contact House of Enki repeatedly as I needed the item urgently and wanted to ask if they could arrange courier to speed up the delivery. But I left numerous voice messages and had no reply. In the end I arranged an Uber to pick up the item.

I can honestly say it was a pleasure shopping with this company. Not only do you receive a very nice email from the owners welcoming you. The order was dispatched quickly and efficiently. The quality is far nicer than the visual online and that was good enough to make me buy! All in all I’m a very happy customer.

I purchased a replacement shower valve for my main shower. That was on Good Friday and it arrived the following Wednesday! Taking into account that we had a full holiday in between order placed to arrival. This was nothing short of amazing.
Using the website, placing and paying for my order was cinch. Beside this, the actual quality of the item, solid brass with very heavy chrome plating and overall quality of construction - this was a real steal! Yes I will be purchasing again from this firm. The hot ceramic valve was leaking.
The plumber had to replace it. He reckons that as the screw was damaged, this tap was returned to you as faulty before being dispatched to me.

Purchased a mixer for shower model was dune, chrome. Quailty is really good I was provided with great service, and questions asked promptly.

Good price, fast delivery

I bought a a Dorchester kitchen tap. Finish in gold plaited in 2019 was not able to have it fitted until 2021. Due to Hilelth to to Lock down And recovery from it the took a long time to find a plumber that was reasonably price. And when wen I finally had it fitted. It leaked . Dew to metal fatigue and that was 2022. So I didn’t get. The were and tere. That I was expecting for £59 totally gutted. Will it order from you again
