I was very impressed and very much at ease as everything was explained to me in detail. The staff were very friendly and Mara was very attentive and efficient as this was my first time experiencing the suction process.

The whole experience was first class. The assistant who treated me was charming and very efficient, the facilities were first class and whole experience was 100%. I cannot express my gratitude enough for this service.

Sarah was excellent
After a bad experience elsewhere I attended House of Hearing today for ear wax removal. Sarah was amazing very professional and patient. I now have my hearing back. I cannot recommend them enough.

I had a great experience at house of hearing for a hearing test. The audiologist explained the whole process and what was happening very clearly and the whole process was very straightforward and comfortable. There was a lot of useful information and I left feeling well informed about the status of my hearing.

Declining hearing…
When my declining hearing became a problem I chose to visit House of Hearing. What a good experience! My audiologist, Louise, was knowledgeable, skilled and so patient with my endless questions - the complete professional. I am now wearing hearing aids and everyday sounds missing for so long are now so clear my whole life has been energised. Thank you Louise and House of Hearing, you gave me such a positive experience. Definitely 5 stars from me.

A rare positive experience
This morning was an unexpected positive experience. From reception, to ear wax treatment to audiology testing and diagnosis everyone was welcoming, friendly and thoroughly professional. They took time to explain and to reassure. Unlike other providers the audiologist advised me I didn't need hearing aids; their primary concern was not to make a sale but to serve my best interests. I have scheduled and annual checkup with House of Hearing.
