Item were supposed to be delivered by DPD on 23.12.2025, delayed until 24.12.2025. Further delay until 27.12.2025.
I have asked for a refund, as I will not be available to accept the delivery at the proposed date, which has been refused by House of Leather until DPD return the parcel to House Of Leather ! Zero Customer Service. My contract is with House of Leather not DPD.

I have been looking for years for this design and saw it on Amazon but looked at the web site from House of Leather and it was lower in price. So I made the plunge checked my size with their on line size chart and ordered a L of which normally I would order a M.
100% perfect size, the quality is fabulous the leather is so soft and the quality of stitching is perfect.
I am incredibly pleased and happy with this product, the shipping was very quick arrived in a few days.
Well done House of Leather, happy Christmas and you deserve a 5 star rating. Regards Lester

Bought the product less than 12 months ago- Pilot Case. Leather work is good but the trolley mechanism snapped. Clearly a design fault as both handles snapped at the screw point. As good as the leather on the bag is fine- the product cant be used now! Approached the company requesting consideration and discount for next purchase. Nothing!!!

Definitely not fit for purpose - DO NOT BUY. Bought a laptop bag, the leather around handle was broken after three months of use.

Having bought a cabin bag which broke on first use ( interior zip broke, whilst on holiday) I returned the bag back to Debenhams, who I had bought it through. I stupidly left my camera inside the bag. The camera is worth £400. I contacted Debenhams and House of Leather to explain the situation. I was refunded for the case. But my camera has now been sat with the house of leather for over a month. They claim they are waiting for debenhams to message them to say they are allowed to send it to me despite the fact that I can prove that it's my camera and it clearly came from me because I sent it back to them. Customer service from Mr Baz Khan was appalling. Rude Interrupting me telling me, he couldn't do anything until he heard from Debenhams, who Ive spoken to and claim they have sent HOL an email..His attitude was superior and challenging as opposed to trying to be helpful.

I have offered to pay for the return postage via DPD, all Mr. Khan kept saying, was we take no responsibility and we are waiting for debenhams to contact us by email. Which debenhams say they have, I am going around in circles infuriatingly.

I would give zero stars if possible. Purchased a suitcase which arrived with a faulty zip. Tried to arrange a repair or replacement and they stop responding. Please avoid.

I’d give them zero stars if I could !! Stay well away!!! Still awaiting delivery of goods. They take no responsibility and simply blame the courier. Made a suggestion that I travel to a collection point when the goods are supposed to be delivered. Agreed to collect just to resolve and the goods aren’t at the collection point!! Requested refund and they have tried to fob me off. No goods delivered and no refund! Next step trading standards and small claim! Funny how the email replies stop when you request a refund!! Customer services should also learn consumer law!

Terrible set so far!
I ordered a brown leather ladies rucksack, 2 weeks ago. The money has left the bank and no parcel. I have emailed the company and no response. Sadly not a good first impression.

My order arrived very quickly. I needed to exchange it for a different size and used Royal Mail 24hr tracking with home pickup. Seamless service! The quality and cost of my coat is excellent. I wanted a durable and smart garment with a hood, a parka- style coat in fact. For much less than the price of a fabric item, I found it at House of Leather. My advice is to consider going up a size if in doubt about sizing.

Doesn't match photos and extremely poor quality. Ordered a weekender style brown leather bag. Delivered promptly but that is the only positive.

Price paid £189. Delivered as you would expect a set of car mats, not a nice leather bag, in ripped plastic and brown paper.

The bag itself looks low quality, badly stitched and is very different to the photos. The leather has no age, but looks uniform and cheap. The lining is a different colour even!

I purchased a full-grain leather briefcase which developed a tear after just a few days of light, careful use. For a product advertised as high quality, this is completely unacceptable. I’ve contacted House of Leather several times, and instead of taking responsibility, they repeatedly tried to blame me for the damage.

They offered a token 20% refund, which doesn’t reflect the fault or the poor service. Judging by other reviews, this seems to be a recurring issue.

Avoid this company. Poor quality products and terrible aftercare.

Gorgeous pink leather jacket. Ordered a 16 after following the measurements but was too big so sent back and they quickly sent out the size 14. Fantastic

Bought a pilots case for £219 for my son
He used it once and the wheels failed!! Contacted house of leather who agreed to fix the wheels eventually so sent back ( was told it will be back with me in a week) 1 month later still no case or refund . I was told I quote ‘we seen the case and theres no damage’ well there was, the bottom was scratched from scrapping on the ground and the wheels were at an angle causing the bottom Of the bag to drag.
The actual pilots case was very nice, it was just the wheels not fit for purpose. Bad customer care as practically called me a liar ! Would not buy from again

Bought a small backpack which is smaller than I expected but a great every day bag. I also purchased a cross body bag. Arrived really quickly. Great quality, great price and lovely soft leather, and both are really stylish. I will buy a bigger rucksack that will fit my lap top that I can use for work.

I have had a jacket for two months only been worn twice. It was tan when I first got it, now is covered in random black marks all over more showing each day. I contacted customer service and sent photos only to be told it's colour transfer off something else? Sent more emails and photos as it was getting worse they will not accept it's bad quality still will not take responsibility for a replacement or money back and now not even replying to emails. Have looked through other reviews I can see other people have been treated the same when someone is wrong. I am now left with an unusable two months old jacket that cost over £100.00. Please think carefully if you are going to order I wish I had looked at the reviews.

Ordered a handbag for my wife's birthday don't trust ordering on line because items not as advertised but credit where it's due not only delivery excellent product was 1st class.Would use this company again without a doubt well done house of leather.
