Fantastic product, super fast delivery

Brilliant service parcel arrived the day after i

I expressed some urgency in delivery before I purchased but was not warned that the shipping would mean a long delay. Nevertheless, I am pleased with the item.

Fantastic customer service. Ordered the Claddagh band in a size not listed on the website. Placed order Thursday evening 22nd of December, ring was dispatched the next day and received the following Monday. It is a beautiful piece and have had so many compliments on how lovely it is. Highly recommend both the jewellery and the company. Will be ordering again in the future.

I placed an order on December 11th for some earrings for my wife. Everything seemed to be going fine... I received the package on December 16th, but all that was in it was a House of Lor catalog. I wrote customer service and they responded the next day, saying they'd escalated the issue and would try and get another package out to me on Monday. I've followed up three times since Monday and have heard nothing. On my last attempt to contact them I told them that if they didn't respond I would dispute the charge with my credit card company, which is what I've done. VERY disappointed.

My item went missing in the post. I rang House of Lor direct and Gary arrived out with a replacement ring. Excellent service, really nice man and company to deal with.

Extremely quick delivery. I ordered the earrings on Friday and they had arrived by Monday. They look lovely and the packaging is perfect as they are for a gift.

A beautifully designed and crafted ring depicting the stone walls so emblematic of the West of Ireland. A genuine bargain too with a Black Friday discount of 50 percent. More than happy with this purchase. Would make a lovely unusual wedding ring.

The layout of the website is beautiful and easy to navigate. Order was managed succesfully and the packaging was pretty good.
Shipment was right on time, however ups left my parcel outside of my door without notice, anyone could have stolen my order and I'd be none the wiser!
As it was not the shop's fault I did not reduce rating, but just wanted to warn future costumers.

I bought a pretty expensive piece from this company. They day after I paid they sent a marketing email offering a free gift for expenditure half of what I paid. This should be offered on checkout. No answer to me email yet. No real tracking on delivery so just sort of arrived. Was in time. Box presentation and wrapping is lovely, but the piece DOESN'T fit in the box properly. All in all the experience has taken away from the quality of the piece I bought.

I absolutely love my 3 shamrock necklace. I've never seen a style like this before. One shamrock is rose gold. I have 1 girl & 2 boys, so this is symbolic for me. Fast shipping.

I purchased a Celtic cross from House of Lor because of the design, which on their website advertised from a photograph, showing the centre section was Irish gold. I noticed it wasn’t gold and more like silver. They told me to return it to an address they mentioned. I paid £13.30 to return the item via international, tracked and signed for on receipt of delivery. Numerous attempts were made to deliver the item. Meanwhile, no communication whatsoever. And now the item has been returned to me due in the same packaging therefore, the issue is the same, I have a Celtic cross which is not designed as per the description and photograph on their website. And I’m £13.30 out of pocket after paying for the appropriate postage.

Beautiful crafted wishing tree ring. Looking forward to giving it to my daughter as a Christmas gift. Beautiful design and history to this ring.
