ITS FRAUD TOUR COMPANY

Houseof tour staffs are not serious with applicants, you have to chased them after payment. I applied for Canada visa and my visa got denied due to lack of documentation.

Also I want to apply for Schengen visa, they couldn’t book appointments for me as there’s no clear reason why. Pls I need refund of my money. I don’t want to use your services again. She booked appointments for me and I received an email that the appointment was canceled. I informed her and nothing was done till now. Whenever I contacted her. She will say let me check and get back to you . which she never get back since three days ago. Pls I need refund, I will like to use other agents that are responsible.
