I recently used House of Tours for my Schengen visa application. Unfortunately, my initial appointment was mistakenly booked in Riyadh instead of Khobar by an executive who has since left the organization. This caused considerable inconvenience, and I had to follow up multiple times to get the issue resolved and a new appointment arranged.

On the positive side, I appreciate that House of Tours acknowledged the mistake and took responsibility by covering the appointment fees for all four applicants. Their team eventually resolved the issue, and I am thankful for that.

Overall, while my experience started on a disappointing note, I appreciate their efforts to make things right.
