I'm very impressed. Value for money for level 2 survey most companies quoted £530 to £650. Thank Marcel you a legend

Absolutely rubbish customer services, communication is disgusting. Almost impossible to get hold of the surveyor after survey. Booked level 2 survey with valuation for 13th June received report on 24th June still waiting for valuation. Spoke to customer services they saying they don’t have control over the surveyor. Had only 1 call of 7 minutes with surveyor. Before booking they made false promises of calling as many times as you I want with surveyor. Make sure you get everything in writing before booking and paying them. They are cheap for a reason. Not recommended

Price was good never had a survey done before so can't compare, the report was very thorough and all 8n it took 2 weeks.

When looking for a survey to be conducted, House Smart Surveying responded quickly and competitively. The survey was conducted in a timely manner, just a few days after agreeing the go-ahead. The report was then available within 5 working days and covered the level 2 subjects well.

We booked a level 2 survey recently, we had a really great experience. We were kept in the loop through the whole process, and given an expectation of when the survey would be complete! And it was completed before the expected time.

And I would just like to add the man who completed our survey, Stephen, was extremely helpful, he rang ahead of time before the survey and ask us what we would like specifically looked at and what to expect. He also went through the entire survey with us and what everything meant. Which as first time buyers, this was amazingly helpful.

I recently had a Level 2 Home Survey carried out by this company and couldn’t be happier with the service. Shahzad, who conducted the survey, was incredibly helpful and professional throughout. He took the time to answer all of my questions clearly and provided valuable insights that gave me peace of mind.

Initial sales call said I could have an appt the next week. When I rang the next day to book, there wasn’t an appt til 10 days later. Survey was done on the 11th and I got the report on the 20th. Very impressed with the content. It was 84 pages long. The declaration on page 70 hadn’t been signed. Had to request this 3 times before it was done. Overall really happy with the end product. Great value for money.

Booked a Level 2 survey and kept track of each stage via the login account. The survey was conducted by Mohammed Mukhtar on the Thursday and we received our full report the following Monday. The survey was extremely detailed and contained many photographs of the inspection and the report was very easy to understand. I’m glad we used House Smart Surveying which gave us peace of mind about our pending purchase and would definitely recommend their service.

Came across House Smart Surveying through a comparison site and they gave me a call soon after my request was sent. From the get go, the service has been amazing, they explained each level of survey and which was right for my property. They had me booked in a few days and the report was completed within 48 hours. The survey was in depth and went in to detail of every aspect of the property giving me the confidence I needed to go ahead with the purchase. Would highly recommend House Smart Surveying, overall happy with the service provided.

Good review but spoiled by non-appearance of written report despite paying for it.

Fantastic service, we dealt with Marcel for our help to buy valuation and level 2 survey. Both valuations took place promptly (I was actually offered for this to be done the day after I initially enquired!) the price was extremely competitive and the respite was back within 24 hours! I can not fault the service!

Overall good experience, surveyor we had was very knowledgeable, but survey write up time scale was slightly longer than 2 weeks. Longer than the 3-5 days as stated on the website.

Extremely hassle free service, very impressed! From point of booking until the report was ready, it was seamless. Contact was made with our vendor to arrange a convenient date, I was informed of every step. Level 2 Survey was done on a Monday and the report was with me the following day. Very thorough report with tons of photos included (127 to be precise). I would highly recommend!
