Very professional and comprehensive survey, it featured many pictures and details of the defects, I highly recommend them.

Steven was incredible, he did my survey on the date booked, the report was ready for the date specified.
When on the phone prior to survey, Steven said to call when I have the report to get any clarification I required. Steven was clear, informative, knew his stuff and was friendly and polite.

Had to chase a lot for the actual surgery, was told it was being uploaded and then days later had to chase again,

Given you’re paying for the service you just appreciate abit more honesty, just say if it’s going to take a few more days

Report was good and detailed but the service and customer service negated this I feel

I don’t normally leave reviews but I’m making the exception this time! Purely to worn others of our experience with this company. At an already stressful time of moving home, House Smart Surveying increased the stress tenfold. We were quoted 5-7 days for our survey, it took 3 weeks from the date the surveyor looked at our very small 3 bed bungalow to getting the report. We had to sign exchange of contracts hoping the house we were buying had no defects or risk losing our own sale/buy by delaying. In effect rending the survey pointless. So if you’re happy to be ghosted on their “helpful” portal or ignored by email I definitely recommend you use House Smart Surveying

Had our Level 2 survey completed yesterday by Steven. Steven was amazing and rang up beforehand to explain the process and that if we had any concerns once the report arrived to just contact him. He did advise that reports can take up to 7 days however Steven sent the detailed report within 24hrs.

This is our first time buying a house so therefore some of the stuff on the survey we didn’t understand and rang Steven and he then explained everything to me. Can’t fault Steven and the company ! Communication has been 10/10. Would definitely recommend to others

We moved in and found there was a huge leak when ir rained.they said that, as the survey was a couple of months before we moved in, they would do nothing about it, case closed. We had the survey done to see if we were buying the house, not after we bought it

Ordered my survey through this company on 3rd July, gave me a date of 11th July and they turned up on time and conducted what the sellers described as a very thorough and professional survey. The very comprehensive level 2 report was with we by the 15th July. They were in touch all the way through and I have zero complaints- Thanks going to Shaz who conducted the survey. Yes I will recommend.

AVOID at all costs!! Disgraceful company.. I booked and paid for a Level 2 Survey and valuation.. This was conducted on the 26th June and after many attempts to contact by phone and email (no reponse or replies) I then had to give official notice of intention to take legal action and on the 22nd July my report arrived with no apology or explanation. Wish I'd read reviews before booking as definately not worth using this company.....

Our experience was excellent from start to finish. First phone call for a quote the gentleman who spoke to was friendly. Melanie our surveyor for the bungalow we want to buy is professional and friendly and explained everything we needed to know, and told us if there are any questions we want to ask give her a ring. The report was very clear and was easy to read and understand , it was delivered to us by the date we were told at the beginning. Thank you to everyone involved, we appreciate it ,excellent service at a stressful time when buying a property. We would definitely recommend House Smart surveying.
