Housespotters Reviews

Allan took over after we were on the market with another estate agents for 6/7 weeks and completely turned around how it was going. We sold in 5 days with plenty of interest and offers after going stagnant with the high street estate agent. Provided a great service and was in constant communication, would highly recommend allan at housespotters

Kenny was there through out the sale day/night very helpful. Took the stress out of moving.

Very helpful team. As an older person they were very patient to alleviate any stress. Great photos and drone filming for the sale details. Good communication throughout. Any questions or concerns we had were answered promptly. We are very happy with the service delivered.

Kenny was fantastic to deal with and always made time to take our calls and was very responsive throughout the process. Thanks very much!

Kenny, my estate agent was fantastic. When i was in the process of looking at an estate agent to use i had 3 lined up to meet. Kenny was the first, and last. As soon as we had our meeting i didnt bother with the rest as i had full confidence in Kenny - and it paid off. As soon as my house went live, the viewings started to get scheduled instantly - Didnt need them through. Kenny sold my house to the first viewer over what we expected to get. Wrapped up in a matter of days! Great work, Kenny. Thank you for your help.

My first time buying a property through Alan & Housespotters and it was seamless from start to finish. There was just the right amount of communication from the point of booking the viewing to collecting the keys. 5 out of 5 across the board. If you see Alan’s name on the listing you’re in good hands.

Kenny was fantastic from start to finish in helping me navigate my way through selling my mums house after she passed away
He had great empathy and nothing was a bother for him.
I felt confident handing everything over tho him and the house was sold in 5 days.
He was able to give me insight to the new young family who bought mums house and how excited they were to be moving in. Mum would be so happy to see it going to a young family starting out.
I would highly recommend Kenny. He was born to do this job.
My sister and I are so grateful we were able to trust and rely on him throughout the whole process.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We can't recommend Kenny highly enough! From start to finish, he made the whole process of selling and moving home as smooth and stress-free as possible. His communication was excellent throughout, always keeping us updated and happy to answer any questions we had.

Kenny was professional, knowledgeable, approachable, and genuinely cared about helping us achieve the best outcome. His advice and support were invaluable, especially during what can be a very stressful time.

Thanks to Kenny's hard work and dedication, everything went smoothly, and we're now settled into our new home. If you're looking for an estate agent who goes above and beyond, Kenny is the one to choose.

Thank you again, Kenny, for all your help – it was truly appreciated! 🏡😊

Amanda and Craig were brilliant from the outset. They took a lot of the stress out of the process, responded quickly to any queries and always kept us updated throughout every step.

Thanks again to you both for all of your help and support.

Going above and beyond Amanda and Craig excelled themselves as estate agents. House was sold in 3 days after 11 viewings on the same day. Delighted with the outcome and they made what is already a stressful process effortless. Would totally recommend Housespotters.

House spotters were very professional and we were kept up to date at every part of the sale of the house. A few issues occurred that was out with the control of the estate agency but they continued to thrive and deal with the situation with a positive outcome thanks again Craig and Amanda wishing you even more success in the future

5star service offered by Housespotters, Amanda took care of everything through the full process would definitely use again and would recommend to anyone intending to move homes

I arranged for three estate agents to visit me and after meeting Alan me and my daughter had no doubts that it was him we wanted to sell our home. His whole outlook was fresh and exciting compared to the other estate agents we spoke to. It is very clear that he loves what he does and from start to finish he dealt with everything and kept me updated every step of the way. He answered all of my questions right away even if it was outside normal working hours. My house sold within a week with me getting over 10% above the asking price. I have already recommended him to my friends and family if they are thinking of selling. I would say The Property Boss is definitely the best in the business!!

Friendly, professional & honest right from the word go. I knew everything that was happening. I was kept up to date throughout

I would recommend Housespotters 100%

Alan has been a fantastic help in getting our property sold, he is very easy to talk to and has a reassuring and calm personality no doubt due to his solid background in estate agency. We were updated on every part of the house sales property journey and within a week Alan had achieved a record price for our property with the perfect purchaser who was chain free and able to accommodate our moving date requirements which is every sellers/purchasers dream and we can't thank Alan enough for making the whole process hassle free, a definite five star performance.

We have just sold our house and dealt with Amanda ,can’t fault her from start to finish ,did everything she possibly could to keep us stress free would recommend her to anybody

Buyer - Highly recommended

While I did not use Housespotters to sell my home. I was in fact the person buying the house and the communication and support I received from Kenny the EA while purchasing made me wish I had.
The level of professionalism from him made me seriously question the competence of the Estate Agent I used myself. I truly do not believe that I would have been able to completed my own sale/purchase without the support of House spotters and specifically Kenny and can not recommend them enough.
