In the space of 5 days, we have had our property marketed and sold for £20k over home report, £40k over asking! Cannot thank Alan enough; from his fast paced, yet incredibly thorough and knowledgeable approach. He sat at our dining table on Wednesday afternoon, we ‘went live’ on Saturday morning and our property is now sold on the Monday afternoon. You will not find a better agent, or a better team beside him to sell your home. Everything from photos to home report has been seamless, and Alan’s marketing and expertise are second to none. After very disappointing service by another local estate agent when listing my home. I was recommended to Amanda & HouseSpotters by my travel agent. From the initial meeting with Alan, we could tell he knew the estate agent business inside out and maybe more importantly housespotters were fully
up-to-date re use of modern
technology and trends of when
potential buyers will be looking and
wanting to make contact. House was in Market within 24thrs if taking photos to going live.
In the modern world, this was very important to us and whilst not quite a 24/7 service, it wasn't far off and Alan was always a quick call or WhatsApp message away.
Alan advised it would sell and i would not experience anything like i did from previous estate agents he didn't let us down - 9 viewers in the first week and multiple viewers to follow and number of offer we go an acceptable
bid today.
