Housespotters Reviews

By far the best company around. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to sell or buy their house. Kenny went above and beyond for myself we had a lot of hick ups along the way and he was very patient and professional and nothing was ever an issue for him. Very friendly company and very helpful when any issues arose. Made the sale of my house so much easier and stress free knowing I had Kenny’s help and he was very good at keeping me up to date with the full process from viewing times and dates to the viewer’s feed back to what was the best offers to accept and decline. Thank you so much for everything couldn’t have done this without you’s.

We got our first house through House Spotter, Kenny, the executive agent is so nice to show us around and gives us great support during the process, he provides excellent knowledge in helping us getting to yhe property ladder. Thanks a million for your great help

We sold our house with housespotters as they had sold us the house we had purchased. From buying our new home to seeking our current one, the process was great! I viewed the new property earlier in the day and Amanda was great, even allowing me to return in the evening with my partner to view the home. We bought that house on the Monday and then met with Alan to sell and our home on the Thursday. Alan talked us through everything and made sure we understood the whole process. Our house was up for sale the following Wednesday with viewings done that Saturday and Sunday which was also our wedding weekend! We then accepted an offer over home report on the Sunday! Great service and communication from Alan at all times and will definitely use them again in the future.

Wow what can I say Alan Shields has been a tremendous support to us. He came out to my salon only 2 weeks previously from the salon going on the market on Friday 7th March 2025 and an offer was made & accepted on Monday 10th March 2025 !!!
Alan’s upfront HONESTY & PROFESSIONALISM has been OUTSTANDING He always kept us updated and walked us through the process smoothly.
I couldn’t have dreamt my salon would have sold so quickly and efficiently I’m truly grateful for Alan’s help and support and I can’t recommend him HIGHLY enough 🙏🙌🏼

We contacted Kenny with a tight deadline for getting our house on the market and he rose to the challenge. We were first time sellers and a bit anxious about the whole process but he handled everything for us and made the whole process stressfree. Sold our house within a week. Would absolutely use Kenny as our agent in future

Great experience working with Kenny, sold our flat quickly and always on hand for any questions or keeping us informed of the process. Nothing was ever a problem for him and sold for more than we were expecting. Would highly recommend house spotters and Kenny in particular.

Was taken back how easy it was to sell my Flat, after contacting House Spotters, Kenny took control and kept me updated on how things were going, nothing seemed to be a problem for him. I received more than I expected for my property and was well pleased, this was down to all the hard work Kenny put in. Was totally satisfied with the service and would highly recommend House Spotters to anyone looking to sell their property.

Really happy with our experience using house spotters. We had the pleasure of Kenny looking after us. Really easy to get in touch with, really good communication and always willing to answer all of our questions. Can't thank Kenny enough for helping us with the sale of our home.

Very satisfied with the service from start to finish. Quick hassle free turn around with nothing being a slight issue or problem.

Alan always keeping us updated and no questions or query’s we had were a problem during the process no matter what time of day it was very genuine guy who is constantly on the ball.

We had a requirement set in order to proceed with the sale this was all made possible thanks to Alan his team. He went above a Beyond with us.

Will definitely use him again on any future projects aswell as recommending him to anyone who wants to buy or sell their home.

ALAN SHIELDS ( PROPERTY BOSS )

Alan was responsible for the recent sale of my flat, he was extremely helpful, always goes the extra mile for his clients answered the phone late at night when another company had initially let us down I knew from the first call that I could trust alan to sell my property and did so in 1 week 👌👌Id recommend Alan to anyone that needs to sell or buy as he makes it easy to understand and gets straight on the phone so there’s not much waiting to hear back with constant updates and straight to many viewings we had for our property Couldn’t have been happier with the service and the results! Good luck for the future Alan ,
Many thanks,

Well today we sold our house for not only offers over but the best price we had hoped for. This was down to Alan the property boss and the homespotters team.

Not only taking the pressures away from the situation but always at hand with the information and best way forward.

This was the second home we have sold with Alan and cannot state how important it is to get the right person to make that happen. Alan has never let us down.

Nothing but 5 star management

Cheers,

Bobby

Amanda has done it again! Sold another property of mine. Highly professional and approachable. Goes above and beyond.
I couldn’t recommend house spotters enough’ I certainly won’t go anywhere else.
Amanda kept in touch at every stage.
Thankyou very much, I really do appreciate your expertise 👍

Moving to Scotland nearly a year ago, I had been searching for my ideal home, and I couldn’t have made a better choice than Housespotters. Amanda’s warm and professional approach, combined with her efficiency, made the entire process incredibly smooth. I truly appreciate her dedication and support. If I ever decide to move again in the future—perhaps after my daughter gets married—I wouldn’t hesitate to seek her help once more!

I knew from my first initial meeting with Alan that we would be going ahead and selling with him. The way he advertises the property and gives you full access to the app is so much better than any other estate agents I have dealt with in the past. Alan was a pleasure to deal with and always available to assist. He sold our property on the first night of viewings for well over the asking price. Would highly recommend and would definitely use him again if I was selling. Thanks Alan for everything!

Alan is simply the best estate agent in britain! Sold my property in a few days for well above the asking price. He's just amazing at what he does and i would highly recommend him to anyone looking to put their house on the market.

Alan Shields! Property boss!

This is now the second property I’ve marketed with Alan and again I can’t recommend him highly enough.

He made the whole process stress free, going above and beyond to make sure I received the best possible deal on my house.

His fantastic communication and dedication to get the sale done was second to none. My house sale was agreed on a Sunday. I don’t know any high street estate agents that would offer that kind of service.

Thanks again Alan, you’re the best!!

This is the 3rd house Amanda and Craig have sold for me and their professionalism is above and beyond. I can't thank them enough fantastic communication from start to finish,if you are thinking of selling please contact housespotters 👏👏👏

Amanda is absolutely amazing and from day one right through to the end went way above and beyond and would highly recommend her and company to anyone. She got us top money and was there to oversee the whole process from valuation to viewings and drone footage was a nice touch. She was available morning, noon and night if I had any questions and would definitely use again and will tell all my family and friends to use them. Not only did she help with my sale She also supported my purchase which was nothing to do with them but helped move the chain along. Thank you Amanda 😊 x

After viewing a house that Amanda was selling, we liked her openness and down to earth manner so we took her details and put our house on the market with her company. I loved the genuine set prices for the different levels of service. We took the top package (loved the pictures and the video including the ariel view). Craig was our agent. He was very confident & reasuring in what was happening within the market at that time and helped us over a few hurdles in our sale due to the type of property we were selling. We would certainly use them to sell in the future and happy to recommend them to others. If you want a down to Earth, straight talking with set pricing estate agent then you can’t fault House Spotters. The Watsons

Professional and friendly service. I would recommend Housespotters to anyone selling their property. We will not hesitate to recommend to family and friends. Amanda guided us through the selling and buying process her service was above and beyond.
Thanks Amanda
