Excellent product, quality service
Excellent product and amazing service! Due to an address issue, my delivery was returned to the sender. I contacted Hoveroo, and May quickly responded, assisting with the redelivery of the product. This was especially important as it was a birthday gift for my daughter, and I was thrilled to receive it on time. I purchased two hoverboards, both reliable and fun. Quality products paired with great service—I highly recommend Hoveroo.

Good quality product
Good quality product, and ordering & delivery was easy & fast. Battery life on the board is great, and it's easy to charge.
Most importantly, by far: I can't believe how much my son uses his board. It's been 4 months and he's almost given up walking! We take it most places with us, and he loves it, and it's good fun to share with others too.

My 8year old absolutely loves it
My 8year old absolutely loves it. Was so quick to balance on it too. Great toy that keeps him outside. He even practices his basketball shots moving around on it. Highly recommended. My nephew who is 12 also loved using it. Thinks it’s great.

The board stopped working during the…
The board stopped working during the warranty period. They offered to replace it with an inferior model (selling for $200 less than the model I purchased). You can not call them, they wont answer emails, nor chat. They are now no responding to requests for a refund in breach of consumer law. I have now lodged a complaint with the Department of Fair Trading. Looking at google reviews, I fear I am not the only one

The product is faulty
The product is faulty. The company is impossible to get hold of you. Just stuck with a really expensive but it doesn’t work. Mine lasted two months. I’ve read a lot of reviews now they’re saying it lasted even less than this. Save yourself the hassle they never responded. Don’t pick up the phone absolute nightmare

These products are amazing. My 9 year old son can't get enough of his hoverboard. We also bought the hover cart attachment and that has been a hit! Awesome gift! Excellent communication from the company.

Still no Hoverkart after ordering 6 weeks ago
Ordered Hoverboard on the 20/11 and unfortunately kart was sold out, so I signed up to be notified when they are back in stock. The next day I received an email saying the kart is back in stock and I ordered straight away. Turned out the kart was not in stock after all and I was told that there would be a 3 week wait, but that it would arrive before Christmas. The kart wasn’t shipped until 27/12 and we still have not received it. This was my 9 year old son’s main Christmas present and it’s been a very disappointing experience. The kart could have at least been sent by Express Post, after being delayed for 5 weeks, as I requested twice by email. Very poor customer service

AVOID THIS COMPANY, all good till something is faulty, no-one responds to emails, pre recording when you ring the phone number, says go to live chat,that says were away right now, took my $800 for the hoveroo kart and my kids have no christmas present and i have no money to buy anything else, total SCAMMERS.

Uncaring and Heartless Customer Service
Bought 2 Hoverboards for each of my grandchildren for Christmas. The grandson's stopped working after a few hours use. No lights , nothing. Contacted Hoveroo, day after boxing day, by email (as cannot get through by phone) and advised of broken Hoverboard. Automated reply gave useless and completely irrelevant information in regard to a broken Hoverboard. Sent another more terse email and received an immediate reply by "Rennae' (Customer Services) requesting that I do a video showing Hoverboard not working and trying to be "charged". Did all that which showed board would not work and sent video back to Hoveroo via email. Since then my complaint has fallen into a "Black Hole" at Hoveroo. Will not answer further emails requesting what they intend to do about replacing broken Hoverboard and can never get contact via phone as keep referring to best contact is by email for quick response. NOT TRUE. Claim provide 24 hr service for customers but cannot contact anyone or get replies. Meanwhile I have a devastated grandson who had his heart set on a Hoverboard for Christmas and now can only stare at it sitting broken back in the box. What can I keep saying to him when he asks "Pop" when are you going to get my Hoverboard fixed?

Very helpful company
Very helpful company, every contact was followed up promptly with satisfactory replies, even though I was the one who changed my mind and altered things. My son loves it and its so much fun that my other child wants one for his birthday so will be purchasing another one once they come back in stock.
