Amazing service 🤩
During a very difficult and emotional time for our family, we received amazing support and guidance from Kim at How to Find a Care Home. My Nan was placed in a lovely care home for 3 weeks which provided the perfect respite and gave us all much-needed reassurance and support.
From the very beginning, she explained everything clearly and with so much compassion. Her knowledge, kindness and understanding throughout the process made such a difference at a time when we felt overwhelmed.
I’m so grateful for the support we received and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Kim and How to Find a Care Home to anyone needing help navigating care options for a loved one.
