For sizing issues:
We offer free returns and exchanges. If you are unhappy with the fit of any items, please contact us, and we will be happy to help you process a return or exchange. Your satisfaction is very important to us.

For shipping delays:
As a token of our commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction, we have multiple warehouses strategically located throughout the region. Based on product availability, we arrange shipments from different warehouses. This may result in two separate packages being delivered to you at different times.

Additionally, some items are shipped from our overseas warehouses, which may take a bit longer to arrive. However, please rest assured that our delivery times generally fall within the estimated timeframe provided to you at checkout.

Our system does send automated email updates when the package is shipped, in transit, and delivered. I'm very sorry if you did not receive those notifications – it's possible they may have gone into your spam or junk folder. Could you please check there for emails from HSIA?

Additionally, after looking into this, your order was shipped from one of our overseas warehouses, which can take longer for delivery. However, please rest assured that our delivery times generally fall within the estimated timeframe provided to you at checkout.
