Our new floor was beautifully laid by a friendly, polite and very hard-working team, led by the delightful Memo. They were happy to talk through with us day by day about how it was all going, and involving us in any detail choices as it all came together. They made minimal mess, and cleared everything up afterwards. The final result is brilliant, even better than we hoped, and we could not be more pleased, We'd give them six stars if we could.

Excellent job of fitting our engineered oak flooring

We are absolutely delighted with our floors from HS Wood Flooring. Tim's team were professional, calm, reassuring. They provided an excellent, smooth service, were transparent and time efficient. The quotes were detailed and transparent. Tim is an excellent communicator and responded quickly to my many queries.

The whole team were friendly, personable, approachable and professional. We went for a really unique colour and Tim took so much time in preparing samples so we got the colour just right. In addition, Tim went out of his way to re-stain and re-oil the floor after our decorators made a complete mess of it. I was blown away by Tim's kindness and generosity and I cannot thank Tim and team enough.

I highly recommend Tim and team and will definitely use them again in the future.

Excellent service from Danny. The floor looked absolutely amazing after he had finished a deep clean and re-oil. He even managed to clear a strip of floor that had grouting and adhesive ingrained in it. We are delighted with the results.

Only minor thing - need to use a different tape to cover the skirting since the blue one leaves very unaesthetic marks and it s painful to remove!

Amazing service, lovely guys, couldn't have asked for a better experience

We had our beautiful new parquet flooring installed by HS Wood Flooring and they were excellent. They communicated well, looked after the house and tidied up after themselves.
The floor looks really lovely and we are delighted with it!

Tim and Danny came in and totally rescued us from a floor nightmare left by another contractor. They kept us in the loop during the process with drying times etc being hard to predict. Thanks for them our floor is what we love the most in our new home.

HS Wood Flooring were recommended to me by the Natural Wood Floor Company in Battersea, after having a disaster with another floor sanding company (who were so utterly disorganised with our booking it beggars belief) and desperately trying to find a company that could do our job before Christmas with very little notice. It is run by Tim who is the most 'can do' person you will ever meet - very personable, extremely efficient, did everything to accommodate our very tight schedule - superb to deal with. His team did our large kitchen and hallway sanding/lacquering extremely well. They are all very customer focussed. Would definitely recommend this great company.

Excellent service throughout and great end product

Another outstanding job. We were so pleased with their earlier resanding of an existing wood floor that we asked HS Wood Flooring to lay a new wood floor throughout 2 reception rooms. Great attention to detail and excellent workmanship and we are delighted with the end result. An added bonus is their itemised quote which is one of the most comprehensive I have seen.
