Uncomfortable/Poor Fit and Censoring Negative Review
I tried two pairs of their high rise thongs. They are a terrible fit- Simultaneously too big (long) and too tight. They squeeze in an unflattering way, in spite of my carefully choosing the size based on their size guide. But all this is not the end of the world- buying underwear online will be hit or miss, size/fit-wise.
My concern is that I submitted a review, and it did not appear on their site, even after confirmation that I was "verified". I emailed them about this. They sent a screenshot of some backend (no pun intended!) post, and told me that it will appear in 14 days. It did not appear, about a month later. I wrote again and was told: "Unfortunately I cannot search your review to find it- it's not an option that the application has. I can only see that it was posted. Feel free to put another one if you do not see it from the site."
I combed through the 28 one-star reviews that are on their site, and mine is not there. I find that troubling. It seems to me to be a pattern with companies. It's the third time I have posted a review to different companies that was between 1-3 stars and then it never appears. That doesn't seem to happen with my 4-5 star reviews, so one has to imagine that this company (and others) are censoring, and hoping that the customer will forget about it. I think it's really uncool. I was going to try a different style/size because I thought the underwear had some strong selling points but I don't want to support a company that does sneaky things.
