Like the Product, but Not the Delivery Time

I have received two items that I purchased, and I do like them. The reason I gave a 3-star rating was because the website was not user friendly and it took me a few times to finally get my order placed. Also, the shipping/delivery of my order took quite some time.

Quite pleased!

The items arrived in a timely manner. They were in excellent shape and all worked when tested. They are made of what appears to be quality material so will, hopefully, last for a long time.

I had my panda bear light for not quite…

I had my panda bear light for not quite a month and was really enjoying it. It just stopped working. This was an expensive item for me and I don’t have any recourse because it was more than 14 days.

This was a fabulous purchase

This was a fabulous purchase! My granddaughter's eyes lit up (no pun intended) when they got their squishy lamps. I was reluctant to make this purchase as not all Facebook merchants represent their merchandise honestly. I can tell you, this was a 10 star experience but they'll only allow me 5!

My mother LOVES her Capybara :)

I saw the little Capybara in an Instagram ad and IMMEDIATELY bought it. It looked so cute and the light looked soft but bright enough.

My mother absolutely ADORES this light. If you are looking for a great, cute gift, this is it. It's relatively inexpensive and cmon, your mom's worth $30 😁

LIARS and FRAUDS

Nothing more than a scam.

Substandard product sold at inflated prices - exactly the same item I purchased available elsewhere for cheaper.

Tried to cancel order. They refused and sent anyway.
Requested a refund. They spent several weeks trying to get out of issuing a refund.
Refused to provide a local return address - as per their website.
Item returned, proof of return provided. They are refusing to issue a refund. Several months, 20+ emails with generic, copy and paste replies, refusing to acknowledge my return and request.
Stolen my money.

SCAM

3 months since i paid, 2 moths since the local courrier admited to have lost my package, one month and a half since local courrier gave me the proof of loss,1 month since i requested my refund multiple times and now two weeks have passed since their "investigation team" is doing researches.
What do they have to search if I already sent them the proof of loss, the conversation with the local courrier, everything they asked. I really think the customer support service is an AI who just distract you to not make the refund.
Never buying again and I hope no one does either.

Thought it was SCAMM: WASTING TIME AND MONEY

They require me to pay upfront and I did but I want a refund so I request for one before the product is shipped out (you can track this through a delivery app).

Firstly, they are very slow with the responses. Whenever they do respond, the messages are often kind. They told me that my order is canceled and they will refund me after 7 business days. I waited. And now they would not even respond.

The money I lost is not much but learn from my mistake. These people are from China so if you are from pacific regions, transferring money would not take that long. Those positive comments you see could be paid and scripted.

Not ordering again

EDIT: I did receive the money and they did proceed it. However the customer service is not optimized I would say. I have had sent two emails in two days for a response. Still, i’ll give them a 5 star for their writing. Very professional and supportive. Try to enhance the experience more by replying sooner thanks
