Do not order from this place. Items nothing like advertised. You wont get a full refund they only offer you 10%, then after speaking to their made up supervisor they increase to 30% or give you the option of posting back to China.
Avoid if you dont want to waste your money.

When I received my order I found it was a very low quality shirt that did not fit, despite specifying the correct size.
I immediately notified customer services who replied that returns were difficult due to postage to China, and asked if I would accept a return. I replied in the affirmative and sent my suggestion for a replacement and asked for a returns number. They replied that a €9 charge would apply for returns. I wrote to accept that and asked for a returns authorisation. No reply was received.
Eventually some 3 weeks later I wrote again. They replied and said I had not replied within 14 days and therefore no return was possible.
I believe this company are dishones

Like every other person who has purchased from this company, who are NOT based in Manchester, I also feel absolutely ripped off. The order did NOT meet my expectations. I ordered a jumper a size larger than I normally wear, when it arrived it was so tiny, with LOTS of loose threads, almost enough to make another jumper. The quality was cheap and shoddy. Was told it would cost £25+ to return to CHINA. They offered me 10% refund , or an exchange of my choice plus a shipping fee of £9.95 per item. How does a company like this carry on??? it will probably close down and come back with a different name, and con more people. BEWARE!!!!

Don’t use this company they take too long to deliver item was eventually delivered on my drive according to photo from courier I have not recd this item I have emailed hushes Manchester they are very unhelpful and they have advised I cannot get a refund ! Even though yodel said I need to take the matter up with Hughes.manchester they are not prepared to help me stay way clear of this company I will be disputed the pymt with my bank !

Size 4XL would not even fit my size 14 daughter - I am size 22 - quality was OK but no use to me and cammot contact for a refund

Like other customers I too have been had, never have I been dealt with before as they have dealt with me, never again will I be taken in, in future I will read reviews first.

Like others I got cheated as well. The website marks their location as Manchester, but the products came from China, very poor quality and returning price is expensive as the return address is China. I am unsure how to stop this type of fraud.

SCAM ALERT – Please Read Before You Buy! 🚫
I saw this ad for shoes on Facebook and ordered 2 pairs from their website. It took three weeks for them to arrive, and when they finally did, the quality was extremely poor — definitely not worth the £65 I paid.
When I contacted their customer service to return the item, they tried to negotiate by offering me only a 10% refund if I kept the shoes. After several emails refusing their offer, they finally sent a return form — but I have to ship the item back to China at my own cost!
This company is misleading customers and making returns very difficult. Please don’t fall for this scam.

I'd say moral of the story for me would be to ensure you read all reviews and also read all the terms and conditions from cover to cover!!!
I assumed this was a family shop based in Manchester....what an utter fool I was .I supposedly ordered 2 tops,same size same colour. I contacted customer ser ices within 15 minutes.To late ,the order had been sent ,I should have contacted them within 5 minutes!! To return one would be £ 25.00. The .material is of poor quality but the actual stitching of garment is good. I would neither recommend or order from the firm again

Thought I was buying in Manchester but was China clothing was terrible, had to do proof of postage cost me £28 and now they are denying that they have received goods. Please stay away from this company

If I could give them zero stars I would I will never order from a company advertising on Facebook that I have never heard of thought it was a proper shop in Manchester not some cheap tat from China I ordered cowboy boats from the biggest cowboys , Facebook should not be letting people being scammed like this they are cheap and nasty and definitely not worth £50 I will be checking out company reviews from now on please don't waste your money

All previous reviews are absolutely right. I am really annoyed I didn't read them before I ordered. Liked the dress I saw on FB and ordered after seeing Manchester in the company name. Avoid this company, they shouldn't be allowed to scam people in this way.

I like the other reviews were fooled into thinking this store, which displays a nice fancy shop front on there ad, is just a front and they are actually based in China, my goods arrived, were of poor quality and good of got similar from shein for a fraction of the cost. I emailed regarding a return only to find out it would cost me £25 return.. they offered me a replacement option but again the items are overpriced considering they come from China

My silk shirt is actually polyester. Sooner someone closes down these charlatans the better

I would give this business no stars. The products are not as described, they are poorly sized and the quality is awful. You wait weeks for delivery and obviously your then dissatisfied and disappointed with what you receive.
To get any refund you have to send back to their warehouse in china and while the contact is only by email I would never do business with them ever again. Personally it’s a scam.

I ordered a pair of cowboy boots ( my passion ) They are nothing like the picture online. Very poor quality.
It sounds as if it’s a nightmare to return them so I won’t bother.
Not even worth one star.

Absolute rubbish. They take your money - deliver a horrible product - and won't let you return it. DO NOT BUY from this company.

This pretends to be a UK company, but in reality is just another bunch of Chinese scammers - selling cheap Chinese crap AT UK PRICES. I'm usually pretty savvy, but got caught out this time. Furious, but lesson learned!!!

I got a coat which is even worse than my cloth for cleaning. Looks like cheap stuff, very poor quality. Also there is one hour away from Manchester (they say they’re based in Manchester) and I was waiting 3 weeks! It’s really waste of money.
