I ordered a blouse from this company that stated they were a small English company. The blouse that arrived is nothing like the photos in their photos. They also ask £25 to return. I messaged them and the answer I got was they are an English company but get their products from Asia. This does not appear on their company’s website information. I shall see if I get a refund but I doubt it

I presume that Hughes is the same lot of scammers that Parker are. Ordered a knitted jumper and received a printed sweatshirt in a 4xl that would fit an elephant. I ordered a 12/14. They just offered me 70% discount on something else or a 30% refund. Still in negotiation with them.

Like every other person who has purchased an item from this company I feel absolutely ripped off,, very cheap Quality material and marks on it ,,, nothing like the advert and offered 10% refund which was £4.30 or £25 for me to return , a lesson to be learned read reviews

If only I'd read other people's reviews before purchasing from H M. I followed a link from facebook, as the picture of a shirt looked so good. Now that the shirt has arrived I know differently and having been to the HM website I agree with other reviews that it is totally misleading; implies that goods are made in UK and that the return process is simple. Whereas the good come from China. My shirt is made of horrid, thin, shiny material. (No label so I don't know exactly what it is composed of.) Doesn't look at all like the picture. The return policy is that customer pays... c. £25 !! All in alll, I recommend avoiding this company.

After 22 or more emails back and forth I learnt. They have no registered address in the UK, the customer service email address is not a UK address. There is NO shop in Manchester it’s used for storage apparently, the products are shipped from Asia and to return them it costs £25. They were unable to answer the medical evidence to confirm they were orthapedic shoes. They grind you down by answering your email even late nights and Sundays, the technique is to wear you right down. Which sadly after thinking deeply about this I decided to give up. I just lost my sister 2 weeks ago to cancer and reevaluated that I should leave it there and just let them carry on mis leading people. When ever I see any of there adverts on platforms I will keep warning people of my experience in the hope no one else is a victim. I usually would fight on but with all the awful things happening in the world at the moment I am just giving in . I hope one day they will have a conscience and tell the truth but I can’t see that happening. Please be guarded and steer away from them

Bought OY orthopaedic day shoes. They were sold with 50% off £70. They are very flimsy with no orthopaedic benefits at all. I considered them very poor quality and definitely not worth the £34.99 I paid. Had I known they came from China I would not have ordered them. The company did offer up to 30% refund with the option to keep the shoes. I wasn't happy and asked for full refund which they agreed but I have to pay for return postage to China.

So angry with myself that I ordered from this company, bio details family owned company based in Manchestet selling quality goods. Reality is shien quality clothes from China. Returns are an absolute nightmare, email after email offering discounts. PLEASE BEWARE AND AVOID.

This company are truly awful. They break uk retail laws by not labelling their clothing, they don’t list the registered address on their website and although they reply to emails they don’t actually enter into a conversation or respond to anything you say. The clothing doesn’t match the advertising images and their onerous returns policy is also quite possibly illegal. I can’t imagine anyone having a good experience with this company.

Wish I had read these reviews before ordering. Orders take over 2 weeks to arrive from China. Poor quality and certainly not as advertised. Money back guarantee is a sham - it costs £25 to return the item to China. The marketing/branding is completely fake.

The quality is the poorest I have ever seen they want you to follow a long convoluted system to send something back to China at a cost more than the item you have purchased

Be warned. This company hides behind a fake UK identity, misleads customers by using a realistic looking but fake shop front. Hides the fact they’re based in China & breaks consumer rights with their hidden returns charges (£25).

Do NOT buy from this company. Poor quality, sent from China, incorrect item the refuse to refund.

Item similar but not the same as garment ordered. It also took a long time to arrive with no advance notice. I wish I had read these reviews first!!
It is poor quality, not what I ordered and I can’t even find out how to try to send it back ! Avoid like the plague

Do not go near this company. They make you think you are dealing with a company in Manchester when they are in China. It cost £24 to return a £46 jacket, which was too small. Facebook should ban them.

Please never buy anything from this website. I thought I was buying a pair of wide legged linen trousers but ended up getting some rayon trousers which were poorly sown and of very poor quality. I paid £44 so not cheap. I then had to pay £20 to return them to china I hope to get a refund but am not holding my breath.

This is a Chinese company posing as a boutique type store in Manchester.
The sandals I received are absolutely dreadful, not fit to wear and took weeks to arrive from China!
Customer services (don't get me started). Automated replies offering you ridiculous options but all coming back to sending the shoes back to China at the cost of approx £15!!
Worst company I have ever used, hands down. No idea how they are still operating.

Extrmely poor quality , Not cheap ! I paid £45 for a pair of trousers , which were nothing like the material shown in the picture . They were supposed to be a Tan colour ... they were bright Mustard Yellow!

Dreadful customer service , going into 5 or 6 emails asking me to keep the product and accept a discount
