I truly can’t recommend Hugh James Solicitors enough.
From my initial phonecall with my solicitor Amber Mitchell I knew I was in good hands, the compassion, understanding, care and professionalism blew me away I couldn’t have wished for a better solicitor to deal with my claim, Amber made the most painful, emotional and difficult time in my life that little be easier and communication was outstanding. I genuinely felt like Amber had my best interests at heart and was very approachable and easy to talk to about very difficult and personal subjects.
The timeframe was also excellent and and the whole process has been so smooth. Thank you so much Amber for your service and the outcome of my claim.

I completed a brief enquiry online, I was called back the next day by Rhys, who listened to my problem. Being a difficult problem he was very sympathetic and understanding. Rhys explained he was a trainee solicitor and arranged a follow-up call with a solicitor at a convenient time for me. This took place with Ryan who had been briefed by Rhys, I was given answers to my problem, I asked more questions and again all answered. I was offered their legal assistance but at this time declined for the time being, no pressure from Ryan and I was thanked for my time, but this was a free 20 min consult. This was all followed up with an email which was agreed.
If I need legal assistance for my problem I would definitely use Hugh James finally thank you both for the advice I needed today.

I was passed Peter Renshaw's details by the Headway Charity (brain injury charity) and asked if he could help with a Universal Credit (DWP) issue. Peter was a great help, the case was quite complicated, and he helped to steer us in the right direction and avoid dead ends. Without people like Peter that offer pro bono services many people with little income and disabilities would have nowhere to go.
