Been using these guys for a while since switching from IG. Much better user experience and range. Definitely won’t be changing back at the moment. Very happy.

This is the second time giving these guys a chance. The first time I was stooped out of many trades too warly and I gave them the benefit of the doubt. With their servers lagging on MT4 and your money not changing with the current price to them taking you out of positions this is the last time they will see any of my money. Do not use this broker. I haven't had this issue with any other broker and I liked the fact that they offer low spreads and indicies trading but I was trading forex and their spreads are super lower and they still take you out of trades. Take your money elsewhere.

Been with these for a while now along with a few other brokers, I find them easy to use and good for crypto trading, like being able to deposit and withdraw in BTC wouldn't want to do it any other way now as used to getting it so quickly. Good that the crypto is 24/7 as well as so many aren't, I'm not sure how anyone could trade BTC without 7 days a week access.

Scammy broker, they will rob you of your money without any evidence of why your trade failed. They will blame it on fictional spreads that they make up on the fly 20+, 30+ pip spreads on major and minor pairs that are typically only a couple pips!! They will try to use these fake spread amounts to somehow justify them sucking hundreds out of your account instantaneously!! Stay away from this broker if you care about your money!

What a great top broker, with amazing opportunities. Always on point when i am trading currency pairs through out the week and also love crypto trading on the weekend. Super fast server times making for seamless trading. Since signing up i have never looked back, now my only broker of choice. top job

I've been using Hugosway for about 18 months now (I have been trading for 5 years in total).
Personally, I've had a good experience so far, no major issues and I've always found their live chat to be fast, friendly and quickly resolve any little issues.
There doesn't seem to be many brokers out there which are offering the same range of instruments. They cover forex, crypto, stocks, indices and commodities and seem to give way more leverage options than most.
I read a few reviews of people complaining, only good for beginners, etc which surprised me as I find them to be way cheaper than other beginner orientated platforms such as Etoro... I've used a fair few brokers and to me they seem very competitive. I'm happy with my choice and can't see myself changing any time soon.

Pleasent trading experience

Having traded FX currencies at Hugosway over the past 12 months ive seen some great additions that have directly effected trading conditions for the better.

The server speed is now lightning fast and great for execution across all the platforms ive tried it on.

The customer service at Hugos has always been good and is there instantly to answer and question you have.
Recently i have been down the crypto rabbit hole and i am impressed with the 247 nature of crypto trading across their 30 odd pairs, my favourite is BTCUSD of course!
I use BTC as deposit and withdrawal method which is quick and convinient from my coinwallet.

I see they have affiliate scheme too which is something i am looking into starting for myself. I dont mind the spreads here they could be a tad better but they dont concern me much as i swing trade my account here

Not had any issues with these guys, the platform they offer is decent and runs pretty smooth. Quick withdrawals and deposits which is always a good thing to see.

Hugo’sway is good for someone who is a beginner trader with little capital who uses small position sizes and doesn’t hold their trades overnight. Let me tell you Their fees are ridiculous especially when it comes to holding Cryptocurrency. I tested it against TradersWay ( same position size, same pair) Hugo’sway charged me over $100 in fees yet TradersWay only charged roughly $49. Will definitely be transferring what’s left of my money to another broker. Ridiculous.

Great broker with loads of trading options. 24/7 trading and customer support is a big plus.

Been with these guys for about 5 months. Good selection of crypto pairs and I like being able to deposit And withdraw via BTC.

The spreads are nothing to write home about though and seem as loose as other brokers.

Not really had a problem with them and probably better for people starting out in forex.

I started an account with Hugos Way around April 2020 with $500. I noticed at one point it rolled down to a $400 balance but then it increased back. Then at the beginning of June 2020, my account was right around $1000 and now it is at a NEGATIVE -$956. I notice after checking on my trades around the end of March or First week of June, my account was frozen. It was not moving. I was puzzled as this is my FIRST time trading. I reached out to Hugos Way after receiving the email that they experienced freezing on some accounts. They refused to acknowledge that MY accounts did freeze. I believe this is because they had to refund TOO many accounts and did not want to own up to it. I KNOW FOR A FACT that my account FROZE! I sent over screen shots of the accounts that were in the red during that time and everything. They still refuse that the account froze. And they say that your funds are secure but apparently they are not. I have an AUTO trading BOT so I know this should NOT have happened.

Hugosway have been very good so far. There’s lots available to trade with this broker including crypto’s and they allow deposits and withdrawals using bitcoin which is what I was after.
The spreads they have are quite reasonable and competitive, they also have a very responsive customer support team which is even available over the weekends.

I've been with Hugosway for just over a year now and never had any issues with them. Really sorry to hear some of these other reviews but I can't say I have experienced anything like that. I was looking for a broker to be able to trade crypto with as my sole broker at the time IC Markets, while very good, is limited in this department. After reading some reviews I took the plunge and signed up with Hugosway which took minutes. I sent my BTC deposit from my Coinbase account and I was up and running in no time. Now that I am in a position to be making regular profit I try to withdraw weekly and find my money hits my Coinbase wallet normally within 2 hrs or so.

The range of assets, cryptos, stocks, indices etc that you can trade is vast and the generous leverage options are really helpful for smaller account growth. An excellent experience to date!

Very decent broker, I use them both for crypto and forex. Any issues I’ve had were covered quickly by the support team and withdrawals are always prompt. All in all a good rating amongst the brokers I do use!

Great broker all round with fast withdrawals

On Wednesday morning (June 3rd, 2020) I was up early in the morning and my last trade had closed out at around 5am. I checked over everything one last time at about 7:30am. I woke up from a nap at 8:30am and there was a Gold trade that had been entered with a 2.0 lot. Two trades to be exact. Neither of them were executed by me. And the trades lost $2344 of my $2740.94 balance. A 2.0 sized lot is totally inconsistent of my risk history especially being a Gold trade. I have no idea why this was able to happen without my authorization but these trades were not my doing. This broker ran with my money and basically told me they won't do anything when i reached out for support. If they decide to take care of this issue I will remove this review but until then, this will stay here as a warning

Been with Hugosway for almost a year plus. Never had any issues outside of them not having a customer support you can chat with. But they can not be trusted. The spreads go so wide after closing and you will lose money if your trade is not in the positive no matter your equity size they will find away to squeeze you. They go offline multiple times during the session and it will not be internet issues it’s the broker server. Because I trade with groups that all use the same broker and we all go offline same time. So imagine your trading in you go offline for 1-5 mins this could cost you a lot of money depending on your trade at the current time. Deposits of btc has been the best way to fund account. But withdrawals take a long time more than 10 hr + . I will be moving to Hanko Trade. Please stay away

Ive had an account with Hugosway for over a year now. Theres been no problems for me at all, Ive been really pleased with their trading platform, the spreads are competitive and the fact that you can trade Crypto Currencies 24.7 over the weekend is a great bonus feature that alot of other brokers dont have.
I make my deposits from my bitcoin wallet, its nice and fast which in turn makes the withdrawals fast too. Requesting a withdrawal and receiving it on the same day i think is also something you cant get from many other brokers. i would recommend Hugosway to anyone looking for a reliable decent broker
