Pathetic customer service...well really lack thereof. I made multiple attempts to cancel my order (that was placed in April 20). Never responds, THEN magically a day later I get an email saying my order has shipped and since it’s been processed I cannot cancel. I call BULLSH*T. It seems many people have ordered products off of ads seen on Facebook/Instagram (it’s all the same company now y’all). Some accountability on their part needs to be had here for allowing a fraudulent company to have advertisements on their social media platform. While I will survive with the loss of the $35, it’s the principle of the issue at hand. It’s a fraudulent company stealing people’s hard earned money.

I ordered a puzzle on 4/30. Never received. They send tracking information that is fake! BUYER BEWARE!

This is a fake company, do not order from them. They will charge your card and you will never get your product. Tracking continues to say it is in Inglewood, CA. No one answers phone and cannot leave message. When you email them you get the same response back that it's been shipped with same tracking information.

Never order from this place! Total scam!

Absolute Scam! My puzzle which was supposed to be a birthday present for my wife is supposedly in Inglewood CA for 4 weeks (ordered 8 weeks ago) and they keep saying it is on the way. My e-mail inquiries are only irritating me. Some alleged CEO sends apologies for COVID, floods, dog-ate-my-homework, ....... terrible ethics and integrity.

Wish I could give ZERO stars. Same as everyone else. Ordered 2 puzzles on 4/13/20... never received. Sent emails but get generic and vague responses. Do not buy from them!!

I have had the same experience purchasing a puzzle in April and never receiving it. I have sent more than 10 emails and all I get back is a form letter that tells me nothing. Their tracking info says my order was picked up in California on May 22 and no info after that. They had no problem taking my money. Since this seem to be a scam I can't believe we can't band together and do something about it. I know it's not a lot of money but it irritates me to be scammed like this. Especially at a time like this, people taking advantage of others should be taken to task.

I had the exact same situation happen as Kat below with puzzles I had purchased (via Instagram ads) - and have received BS responses from the exact same people (“David Bell”, “Claire“, or “Fran”) - I’ve reported them already to PayPal given they will not provide refunds for items that never arrived or have shipped.

This is 100% a scam! I ordered a puzzle months ago and have yet to receive it. I got an email about a flooding in FL warehouses, yet when it "shipped" it was sent from Inglewood, CA - NOT FL. I have emailed a of dozen times and I've gotten the same generic response from the same person named "Fran". I've asked for a refund, and yet they keep sending me the tracking info that states it was sent April 29, 2020 and has nothing after that. (Today's date is June 3, 2020, so you can see I've been dealing with this for a while now). I'm beyond aggravated. This link to this scam was found via Facebook.

Total scam!! Ordered a puzzle from ig months ago...and all they did was take my money. Got one response that their warehouse was "flooded" and the next one said see shipping and then all of a sudden there is no info...it is showing it got picked up in Inglewood, CA and its been like that for weeks...DO NOT BUY!!!

Pretty sure this place is a scam --going on 2 months, haven't received my order.

Ordered the puzzle on Facebook back in April still have not received it, gave me some fake tracking this company is corrupt, I see they have done the same thing to many others. Don’t buy from them.

Same as everyone else, I ordered a puzzle 2 Months ago. It has “been in transit” for 3 weeks. Customer service is useless. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

ZERO stars. Same as everyone else. Ordered a puzzle on April 12, for the past month it has sat “in Inglewood” which is actually 30 miles from my house. No one answers the phone, emails don’t answer questions. Trying to get a refund through PayPal...avoid this company at all costs.

I ordered a jigsaw puzzle on 4/19/2020 and as of 6/1/2020 it has not shipped. They keep telling me that it has and providing tracking numbers, but the tracking numbers do not actually show that anything has been received
more or less actually shipped. DO NOT USE!!

I got scammed as well. Bought a puzzle off an IG ad in early April. A few weeks later I received a notice the item was in transit. And there it sits "in transit." I've sent multiple emails asking for an update and a refund with no response.

SCAM, FRAUD, ETC. Ordered a product from an instagram ad. Got a shipping notice 3 weeks later. For over 7 weeks since then, the order has been marked as "picked up by shipping partner" - clearly not delivered to USPS. Phone calls to customer service go to straight to a recorded message saying they can't take calls; after multiple emails and requests for a refund, got one auto-response blaming COVID-19 slowdowns for the delay and saying packages should be shipped within 7-10 business days of order. After 35 business days with no shipment, update, or refund, it is clear this business (???) is operating in bad faith. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM.

Update: I filed a claim with PayPal and was refunded my money. Try that route if you purchased from this "company."

I seem to be having the same experience as everyone else here which confirms my fears that this company is total garbage. I ordered an item from their website over 6 weeks ago, and it's totally MIA. I've been going back and forth with their customer service people for weeks now. I've asked them to confirm where my package is, and they ignore that question. I've asked for a refund several times, and they refuse. I've asked for a refund on just the shipping fee, a whopping $5.97, and they refuse that as well. I understand that some international shipping is delayed to COVID-19, but I've not seen anything this delayed or this shady with other companies. Again, total garbage company. I followed the lead of a fellow reviewer and filed a claim with PayPal.

I've had exactly the same experience. Puzzle ordered April 12th - then when I chased it up they sent me an email to say it had been despatched but 'forgot' to add the tracking number, chased up again and a different rep emailed to say it HADN'T been sent. I've followed up and I get the same response fobbing me off for another three working days. I've reported this to Paypal. The company is a total fraud, their phone number is out of use and I notice they've removed it from their website.

This company is a scam. I ordered a puzzle on April 13, and never received it. First they told me it was sent, then they told me there was a flood in their warehouse, then they said it was sent and was in a warehouse but they never provided a tracking number. My last email to them was that I knew they had scammed me, and of course, they never responded. Filing a fraud claim through my credit card. Don't order anything from these people!
