A very smooth transaction from start to finish speedy delivery and follow up service was also welcomed

Following an initial enquiry with a Humfree representative regarding their range of mobility scooters we had a home visit and demonstration from their agent Daisy who presented a really informative whilst being informal presentation on the Humfree range of mobility scooters, Daisy had taken the time to assess our mobility issues and focused her demonstration on the scooters most suitable for our needs even taking the time to drive to a suitable area where we could test drive different types of mobility scooters in a real time environment.
Daisy was able to answer all of our questions in a detailed friendly manner, whilst it had been our intention to visit multiple care showrooms before reaching a decision we are pleased with the product and customer service provided by Humfree and Daisy and look forward to using our new Humfree mobility scooter for shopping and leisure purposes, we highly recommend Humfree and their friendly agent Daisy.

Warren the rep from Humfree was excellent, there was no pressure sales and on the demo, 20mins to check suitability. Would recommend to anyone, prices slightly higher than others but the service is exceptional. Not many companies would have a rep working on a bank holiday.
