Helpful staff on phone & salesman Warren. Nice to be able to try the products at home. Slight mix up with appointment time & had to phone them to chase up otherwise would have given 5 stars.

Sober visited today, and did a comprehensive review of my sister’s needs. Based on that he recommended a suitable model and she did a test drive. She was happy with this and we will review this against the quoted price to test against affordability.

Everybody from Humfree that I dealt with were extremely helpful and made sure that both mine and my wife's needs were catered for properly. The scooter was delivered on time and the gentleman delivering it made sure that we knew where all the controls were and how to use them. I'm very impressed with both the product and the company.

This company I contacted through Facebook, I wasn't expecting much but when Svend arrived he was fantastic, took me through the scooters available to me, really took the time to understand what I needed it for and demonstrated both of them, took them out and bought a Carbon, will fold up rather than split apart. Showed my the process several times and when he didn't know an answer was straight on the phone to his backup team. Ended up buying the carbon, process wasn't quick but was extremely thorough. I would 110% recommend Svend and the company
