Requested a copy of last month’s invoice on Monday 12th Jan. despite nearly daily chase ups still no copy.
Can’t speak with them directly.

Company has lost the plot.

Terrible customer service.

phoned them, they said they would refund. never didnt refund me. what does that tell you.

I can only say it's been a total nightmare trying to use Hungrrr with Deliverect to connect into our tills. No help really and pushed from one to the other, Hungrrr not managing the process at all - just cancelled & going to look for other better suppliers for QR Code functionality that connects with our till. Hungrr on its own is fine but add in Deliverect to integrate with your till is stressful and not worth the effort

Great way for us to create a food takeaway app without much prior knowledge or understanding , as the software was fairly easy to use and set up. They are always really helpful and quick to help when we need any support. Saves us money by encouraging those who would normally order to collect in person through Deliveroo , by not paying the higher commissions too.

A great experience from the start. We have implemented this system as our in room dining offering in our Bouquet Hotel and has worked wonders in driving interest and and income!

I have been using hungrrr for about 6 months now and I can honestly say they are brilliant. I have had nothing but a great customer service and help from day 1.

Easy to user order system, support and advise quick and easy to access, prompt payment setup.

Great service, with great communication. We had alot of teething problems with how we would have liked to run things and delivery times etc and all were solved with great support.

Hungrrr's client manager goes above and beyond to look after their clients. Jay answers his whatsapps even after business hours and has a lot of time for us as a company and with our ideas. We never feel that are ideas are unwanted. Emails are answered fairly quickly too by the support team.

I have to say as far as app developers go - these guys are totally on the ball... quick response, polite, professional and sooooo helpful...

In a world of techies these guys truly stand out for me and come highly recommended...

We love our Hungrrr app. Simple to set up, straight forward to adapt, integrated payment system direct to our account. Great management records to see what sells, really good customer platform, making it simple to use, we highly recommend. Great marketing data capture as well.
