Requested a copy of last month’s invoice on Monday 12th Jan. despite nearly daily chase ups still no copy. Can’t speak with them directly. Company has lost the plot. Terrible customer service.

Signed up to hungrrr in May and i am still awaiting to go live.
The communication is none existent. I have tried to call no ones answers the phone. I have sent a number of emails and had one response to tell me it will take 7 weeks not 3-4 like i was told when they sold me the app.
I have even contacted NCASS who are promoting this company through there membership site and asked if they can help us in anyway .
Please do your research before going with hungrrr I wished i had chosen one of the other apps out there.
We are a high volume takeaway and reading the other review it looks like the problems dont stop at sign up
GENUINE USER - think very hard about adopting Hungrrr
GENUINE USER - I continue to be a reluctant Hungrrr user because they have me by the short and curlys (i.e. I can't afford to change solution at present).
These are all genuine issues and at time of writing still live and in effect.
Some of the reasons to avoid Hungrrr.......
- Orders routinely appearing on the system without alerting our kitchen team (i.e. no incoming order alert on the terminal or printed ticket).
This leads to delays for collection customers AND WORSE calls from disgruntled delivery customers who, unbeknown to us, have not received their orders. We are having to implement significant manual checks and balances to minimise the impact of this now. The issue has genuinely cost us hundreds of pounds in refunds and apology discounts.
- Changes in App and Admin portal functionality with no prior notice. Yes I am not joking.... No Release notes, communication or guidance on how to work with the changes. In some cases these changes relate to mechanisms controlling sold out status - critical to avoid customer supply issues, yet the changes keep coming and you have to guess what the impact is.
- Substantial delays in replicating admin / portal instructions to all customer app platforms. Sounds boring right? Hell no. If you need to pause orders due to demand, or push available collection and delivery times back because of capacity challenges - then expect it to take effect quickly on the Andriod app platform but for IOS it takes an age. So despite needing to manage the pipeline of orders, they keep coming from IOS users for up to 30mins or more after you made the change in Hungrrr's portal.
I could go on folks -
Finally - I would not be making the effort to do this if any of my many support emails were answered with other than a "can you reset the terminal response"
Take a long hard look before choosing hunger. Especially if you are needing to deal with high volumes of orders in a fast paced kitchen operation.

First time using any app system and we can't fault hungrrr. The support we have been given in designing our app and going live has been first class. We had very minor teething problems and they were resolved fully and promptly. Our customers have given excellent positive feedback on their experiences using the app service and have said it has been one of the best and easiest to use.

I cannot recommend these guys highly enough. I was unsure about using an app for our business but I have never looked back since we did. Both Blair and Andrew are truly committed to their clients and their app.

There's not much to say about this APP and website food ordering system. Its does exactly what they tell you it does, and over the past month has worked flawlessly.
If you need to get a delivery or collection food ordering service live without the high commissions of the others this I would highly recommend.

I have been with Hungrrr since 2014 and seen steady sales growth. Promoting the very well developed app and online website with customers has helped position us where we have 'taken' or migrated Just Eat customers over and thus answered the very painful commission question that most restaurant/take-aways are asking.
Finally in 2019 we seen a 100% increase in our Hungrrr sales from 2018 but an eye-watering 4 times more commission paid to Just Eat than Hungrrr.
A no-brainer - switching off Just Eat 1st March 2020!!!
Excellent customer service from Hungrrr, eager to listen and assist. This is a huge committment from us and and a gesture of confidence in Hungrrr and their technology.
