I had a problem with mice and they put some poison and a while later they come back to block the holes. They explained me that they give few months warranty which sound nice and efficient! I did have some flies in one of the rooms they offered to spray the room Which I agree I assume it is going to be under the same rule that it will be similar to the warranty with the mice problems! And now the flies are back so I called there office and they just don't care ! We are not responsible! I did explain that if I knew that they just sprayed and go without taking any responsibility I wouldn't ask them to do it ! But they just keep coming up with different prices to do the same job again !

I think it's misguiding and not very honest to have two different policies under one roof ! I don't think that I'm going to use them again !!!

Extremely unprofessional from day one. I paid £220 for a rat gate, yet rats returned within days. Instead of fixing the issue properly, they asked for even more money to “solve” the same problem.

They failed to resolve the issue the first time and appear to be dragging things out to keep charging, rather than addressing the root cause.

Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this company.

Under no circumstances should anyone use this company. My experience has been extremely poor and I believe their practices are misleading and unprofessional.
I booked a mouse treatment with them in December. The technician attended and laid poison, however instead of the problem improving, the sightings increased significantly. I contacted the company to request a follow-up visit to properly inspect and proof the property. Shortly after, we began seeing mice during the daytime, which clearly showed that the situation had worsened.
When I asked them to return and honour their one-month warranty, it became obvious they were trying to avoid doing so. The proofing work had not been done properly (I have photo evidence which i can't seem to upload), yet I was repeatedly asked unnecessary questions and asked to provide multiple photos, despite already explaining the issue. I was told to wait 72 hours for someone from the “warranty department” to contact me. During this time, the infestation continued to grow.
After the 72 hours passed with no response, I followed up again, only to be asked for further evidence. It was only when I mentioned that I would be leaving a Trustpilot review and taking further action that I finally received a generic, copy-and-paste email asking me to provide a time for an appointment.
I have since checked Companies House and discovered that the business is registered as a cleaning company and is due to be dissolved on 20 January 2026. This raises serious concerns about their credibility and helps explain why they appeared reluctant to honour their warranty.
I regret not checking Trustpilot reviews beforehand instead of relying on the reviews on their website, which now appear to be misleading.
This company should not be allowed to continue operating in this way. I will be reporting them to Trading Standards so that others are protected from similar experiences.

Not only are they extortionately priced, they also fail to honour their agreed warranty. The paid agreement clearly states a 3-month warranty and a call-out within 5 days. I’ve now been waiting 10 days, messaging them daily, and each day they come up with a new excuse.

They repeatedly say ‘the warranty team is still reviewing this case,’ ask for more evidence, then claim they can’t see the cockroach in the video, even though it’s clearly visible. After sending multiple additional videos/pictures, they responded, ‘you’ve only seen the cockroach once, let’s wait and see if it appears again.’

It’s obvious they’ll do everything possible to avoid attending under warranty. We eventually got so frustrated that we had to find another company to fix the issue. I will never use Huntsman again and would strongly advise others to avoid them at all costs.”

Should have checked the reviews before using them for bed bugs. Took cash and said all the right things. Once they got money they don’t care about you. Bugs came back after 2 treatments contacted them. They said more money for further treatments. Bloody criminals. Took them nearly a week to respond to my concerns with no resolution. Please don’t use them.

They came to deal with a mouse problem four months ago. Despite stating that the problem was dealt with the mice returned in earnest. They were not willing to return despite the problem recuring within a couple of months No warranty, terrible service, and VERY expensive. Save your money.

So bad service robs your money. Website is misleading to clients and put google review picture which is not active. The guy came and he didn’t put baits and then the company refused to send him again sooner although I offered to pay for it. Like a robot Sofia kept repeating a silly argument without listening. AVOID IT ANG ANY COST !

Diego from Huntsman Pest Control has already come once in addition to the initial visits due to us keep seeing mice. It just happened again so I have gotten in touch with the company for our warranty. We have agreed on a 5 day callout for 3 months. In addition the the lack of results, my problem is that both times I have contacted them for the warranty they try not to honour it by saying things like:

- We tend to visit between 5 and 7 working days. No as per our agreement it’s 5 days.

- You have seen the mouse just once let’s wait and see if you ll see it again.

- Maybe they come in from open windows…

- We only honour the 5 day warranty once…

Fed up would be an understatement! Wish I had gone with Rent to Kill or similar.

Called them out to deal with rats in the garden

Told them that we had a dog - there are traps that you can set that dogs can’t get into and that rats can’t get the poison out of to spread around the garden

They didn’t use those traps and now we are waiting to see if our dog lives

They did send out a technician to administer Vit K to the dog and now they are trying to get me to pay £150 for that visit

This company should be shut down; it’s not that they are just bad; they are dangeorus

A dog is one thing; but they could also kill children with their behaviour

Please note this is ZERO STAR REVIEW. First time they came they asked what the issue was and I explained I was hearing what appeared to be mice behind the walls and on my roof (basement flat). They said there was a mice infestation on our kitchen and charged us the exorbitant amount of 480 GBP!!! Their website falsely advertises their treatments have guaranteed results, claiming they give you your money back if they’re not successful. For this reason and for all the fake good reviews we found online, we decided to pay that amount to get rid of the problem ASAP. They put bait in the kitchen and a few days later they came back to, supposedly, close all entry points. As the issue persisted cos the mice were not eating the poison, I contacted them only to be told that we had no warranty, as the treatments with actual warranties are much more expensive. So apparently we paid 480 pounds for the “cheap treatment” LOL. Please note that, as part of the scam, in order to supposedly offer a solution, they request “proof that the issue persists” in the form of video or photos and they delay their response for weeks saying they need to wait to see how the pest “reacts” to the poison. As we were desperate, cos the mice seemed to be multiplying, we paid an extra 210 GBP for a third visit that this time included a warranty. We then realized that many of the entry points had not been blocked. This time the technicians left poison/bait all-round the house even though they were told a newborn lives here. They also added poison on the basement roof over the boiler, with the only effect of attracting what I now think are RATS to my bedroom where the boiler is. Not only they are not dying but also their activity has increased significantly where the poison and expanding foam were placed. I can hear them constantly (even during the day) eating through the product as the bait keeps falling down from the roof (please see photos attached) Reading the reviews from other customers I now obviously fear they will chew up the whole thing and gain access to my bedroom. I requested a refund but they are simply ignoring me, or taking the pis* with phrases like “have a lovely day” after receiving my complaints, knowingly that I am scared and that the situation is OUT OF CONTROL. I have already reported them to the authorities and notified them today under the consumer’s act. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AND IF YOU HAD A SIMILAR EXPERIENCE CONTACT ME ASAP.

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a “professional” business. Had a problem with rats under the floorboards. They showed up, charged me £350 on the spot and dropped poison near the site (which I could have done for £10). Note that this poison is dangerous to pets (which they don’t care about, as leaving poison is the quickest/ easiest thing for them to do). I asked specifically if the poison would cause the rats to die under the floorboards and was assured they would die outside. Of course, they died under the floorboards. Stench was AWFUL and harmful to health - very upsetting given I have a six month old baby at home.

I asked for them to help with the foul smell and their “warranty team” stated I needed to provide evidence of the smell - this is literally impossible.

Huntsman are clearly not a professional group; DO NOT waste your money. Real pest control experts would have caught the rats with traps to avoid them dying in your home.

AVOID AT ALL COST!! Fraudulent company, they company is also registered on Company house as a “cleaning company” this is very dodgy ( Romanian ran company) . Please contact the British pest control association and report them; the more we have a lot of people reporting this company the better. Whilst they are active they are dangerous to any household they attend!!! BE AWARE and warn others!!!!

Wanted payment upfront via WhatsApp, sounds dodgy to me

AVOID THIS COMPANY they are complete scam and only interested in taking your money I had mice problems couple weeks back to the point mice were going on my kids bed. I contacted this sole called company out of desperateness they sent over someone who at the time I thought was doing a genuine inspection I told him I believe the mice where coming from my radiators he then said this will be the the first time of him knowing mice coming from radiators as he doesn’t believe they are coming from their however he said he will come to close the holes I paid £300 he dropped a few boxes and said he will be back to close radiator holes I so happened to have a council pest control inspection the next day straight away without me saying anything the guy said their coming from radiator I usually avid council as they take longer to solve the issue hence why I did it privately I contacted huntsman immediately and told them I need someone straight away to close holes behind radiator they refused as they said it’s a special radiator and I should pay someone to open it I advise them I told the first guy the problem was from radiator and he assured me he will close it the still refused I asked for a refund they again refused. They don’t pick up your calls they send you fake generalise messages to make it look like they have done a good job also if you want true reviews scroll all the way down as I believe they are paying for fake reviews I’ve reported this on a number of platforms along with my bank the police and action fraud. Please avoid them you are a shameful and disgusting company take money from people who are in desperate need but you have no intentions of actually helping the one star is not even worth it as Google doesn’t allow you to put no stars !

Do not use! They will spray your carpet and bath panel with foam and refuse to refund you. I have never seen any pest control leave chunks of foam visible in bathrooms and lounge! Outrageous bad service
