They took our money but did not produce the goods. They stole £380 pounds. Surely they knew they were going into liquidation and they did know they did not have the stock. Criminal I call it.

I have just been notified that this company has gone into liquidation. They sent a confirmation email and their website is no longer live. Anyone with an outstanding order will now need to go through the credit card company to make a claim.
All very inconvenient, but a sign of the times unfortunately.

Awful company, placed order with website saying following day delivery, 4 days later no goods, chatbot says order delivered but does not respond when you ask When & How. No valid phone number. Am now reporting to Trading Standards & suing through Small Claims Court.

No response from this company at all.

Placed order for bath costing over £200 late Monday night.

Have had no reply to when it will be delivered - their web site states next day if placed before 2pm.

I just wanted to confirm when delivery will be ... (so I can arrange for someone to be there to take delivery).

Tried calling, but phone number goes dead.

No response at all to live chat on their website ?

Also sent msg via their website - no response !

Sent email - no response.

Has this company gone into liquidation ???

First time ordering from Hurlston, ordered a K-VIT toilet & vanity unit, good quality & fast delivery! Will definitely be using them again.

Ordered these Grab Rails on the 4th, Then was told they were out of stock after I had paid for them & they would be in stock on Friday 9th. Phoned up Friday afternoon Girl took my number to phone me back.
No one phoned.
Emailed?
No one emailed me back.
Filled in an online contact form?
No responce.
Tried chat line, waited 5 minutes.
No responce.
My Disabled partner is still waiting for her rails so they can be fitted.
It is now the 12th February.
Not happy no communication where are they?

UPDATE:- It is now Tuesday 13th Feb PM. You said in your reply :- we can provide an ETA for this delivery tomorrow morning.?
I have heard Zilch, Nada, Nothing from anyone whatsoever. An email would have been nice to reassure the delivery is on its way. Does your company actually exist?
I am glad I paid by credit card at least I can get my money back. Should have stuck to Ebay.
Also I refuse to put in another unknown app by shop which may or may not track my order but may give my details to all sorts of Unscrupulous traders. I am absolutely disgusted & will not be trading with you again.

Just to rub salt in the wound it is now 10.20pm, no delivery!!!

Found the website very easy to use. Ordered at midnight on Sunday and received the items 9.30am on Tuesday! Brilliant service. Will be using them again.

Ordered a toilet and some other bits (toilet roll holder and brush holder) from hurlstonplumbing.co.uk. Quick delivery, good price and the live chat agent in the site was actually really helpful (nice change from a bot!) - no complaints, would recommend.
