Really poor experience with no communication from Hurr customer service or the dress provider. Requested and paid for a dress with dates selected shown available. Completed ID checks and have received no update other than my request has expired and my refund will take 5-10 days. What a total scam and waste of time! I have tried to message the provider Loan my Look with no communication either. Why an earth is payment taken when a brand can just let a request expire 48 hours later? Useless- will use one of the many other providers instead!

Would recommend Hurr, it is a quick and easy process, and the lender I used was great.

I used Hurr to rent a designer handbag for my wedding day and loved it. I then recently rented a dress for attending a wedding. The process was really easy and straightforward. I bought a flex pass (where you buy credit for an offer) which made it more reasonable. It’s a great sustainable way to rent slow fashion and high end clothes. The dress I rented was high quality and you could really tell the difference between high street and this, the material was so thick and cut well so was flattering. The person I rented from sent it early and in good packaging, and provided the return packing too. Overall I loved my dress and the experience was seamless.

It is so easy and seamless. I have rented three times from Hurr and will do more and more. The chance to wear some beautiful dresses that I wouldn’t dream of buying but renting makes it possible!
