The products are fake and they do not respond to requests for returns or order cancellation. Have tried to contact them for seven day but have had no response.
If it seems to good to be true, it probably is!
SO STEER CLEAR.
We will be looking at reporting this a fraud.

Like so many before me
Like so many before me, wished I’d read these reviews before purchasing. Clarins Double Serum is a fake. It’s sticky on my skin and looks nothing like the real liquid. Total scam.

Bought "Clarins Double Serum Duo Set…
Bought "Clarins Double Serum Duo Set 2x50ml Travel Exclusive × 1", which is obviously a fake product. From past reviews, they seem to have a history of selling fake products. It is interesting that they continue to operate as though there is nothing to stop this illegal operations. I have contacted them and so far, they have not responded. The next step is to contact my bank.

To good a price to be true? You've got it! The Clarins Double Serum is not what it says it is! This company is selling fake products. Please do not buy you have been stung as I have, do as I am doing now - give their details to Trading Standards.
I have spoken to Clarins. They can't do anymore than warn them, which seems a bit lame as this company is undermining their product and defaming their brand.

Damaged item received and no response from the company about it after several attempts. I also seriously suspect it is fake.
How are companies like this allowed to sell these products claiming them to be real?

Watch out - they sell fake products. They are NOT an approved Drunk Elephant seller. Unfortunately I didn't realise this until after placing my order. The moisturiser arrived - definitely fake as completely different texture/smell. Unsurprisingly, despite emailing the company twice I have heard nothing back and have had no refund. Please do not order from this company as you are likely to regret it!!

FAKE PRODUCTS DO NOT BUY
Please do not buy from this company, they sell counterfeit goods. I purchased the; Estee Lauder Advanced Night Repair Serum and it was a complete fake. I showed them pictures of the real vs fake, side by side and there was a massive difference, the bottles were completely a different colour and design, the writing was blur and the formulas were different colours and scent was more perfumed. They are refusing to give me a full refund and I’ve had to escalate this complaint with my visa company, to get my money back.
I’m completely appalled at a company that sells fake products and with the evidence shown, they are still not willing to accept liability. These products are very expensive and it’s a scam, if you have sensitive skin like myself you definitely don’t want to buy these products at all costs!!
