I would highly recommend HWT for your hair transplant. The whole experience from start to finish was excellent.

Hugo’s communication was exceptional and made me feel well informed of what to expect and how best to prepare. His post transplant care has been equally as good, answering all my questions on washes and aftercare. My transport was all taken care of and the hotel was great which made the whole process stress-free and straightforward.

The clinic perform a full health screening before surgery and employ the highest standards of professionalism throughout the procedure. I am really happy with how everything went, again I’d highly recommend HWT. Thanks!

10/10, from my first contact off Hugo (HWT) sending me a video of what to do and where to go to meet my ride when leaving Istanbul airport, to the dropping back off at the airport after my surgery, every single thing was planned, they have done it thousands of times and it tells.
I would not hesitate in recommending this company to anyone from the uk or anywhere else thinking of getting a hair transplant, they are superb.

I would highly recommend using HWT clinic for hair transplant.

I was initially apprehensive because there were so many clinics that offered the hair transplant treatment in Istanbul.

I'm very thankful I went to HWT.

From start to finish everything was so professional.

Prior to leaving the UK Hugo from HWT got in touch (WhatsApp) and provided a detailed video as to who was picking me up at the airport and where exactly I should go. Hugo was a godsend, as I had so many questions which were answered immediately.

After being picked up you are taken to a five star hotel which is around an hour away from the airport.

The following day you are picked up and taken to the clinic at around 8am. Hugo met me in the reception area and explained all the procedures that were going to take place. All the staff were very welcoming and extremely friendly.

They then conduct blood tests, ECG and blood pressure checks to ensure everything was in order prior to Surgery.

You are then given a sedative that keeps you awake but makes you quite drowsy, The grafting of hair then begins and takes around 2/3 hrs. Although I was awake during I felt no pain and have a vague recollection of what happened. They also give you various numbing injections during the process for the next stage.

You are then provided lunch and the surgery begins around 45mins later.
You are fully awake for this stage but do not feel anything due to the local anaesthetic given.

The next stage is incisions and hair transplantation. This took roughly 3/4 hrs depending on the amount of grafts being undertaken.
Again this procedure was painless.

You are then taken back to the hotel.

The following day you are given the first wash and all medicines and shampoos were provided.

You are then taken back to the airport.

The process was so smooth and easy.

You are also able to take a partner with you, this would normally cost around 20euros per night extra.

This clinic is highly efficient in what they do and again I would highly recommend them.

Extremely helpful and always there when needed. Seamless process and extremely easy from start to end.

Pickup, drop off was smooth. The procedure itself went very well. I fell ill the day after the procedure but was looked after when I went in for the first wash the next day. Only been 2 weeks and scalp is clearing up.

Had an excellent experience. Was fast and painless process. Clinic was very nice and the team very helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend using HWTClinic. Have recommended them to my friends and will be going back.

Everything about the experience with HWT was very professional and top quality - from the drivers, to the hotel and the clinic itself. Hugo was on hand to answer any questions in the build up and after the operation and was great to deal with.

The procedure was very well organised and ran like clockwork - pick up from the hotel at 8AM, arrive at the clinic for some medical tests, followed by pictures and some admin - then you are sedated and the procedure begins. Mine took around 8 hours, with lunch being provided, and I was then transported back to the hotel.

The next day I was brought back to the clinic to be shown how to wash my hair and, as I stayed an extra night, I was brought back the following day for another wash before being driven to the airport for my flight. Any questions I've had since then, Hugo has been happy to answer.

Overall it was a very good experience dealing with very friendly and helpful people, and very reasonably priced for what is included in the package.

You are in good hands at the HWT and are looked after like a king.
The result is also very good and can not say anything negative.

Hugo and the Team were great in every aspect, Prior to surgery I was a little nervous but they gave me all the information needed and put my mind at ease, surgery was effortless, aftercare was great with all information and products I need going forward. Looking forward to seeing results.

I dealt with hugo via text and phone calls and he arranged everything such as booking hotels/taxi's etc. The process was very slick and I was happy with th e hotel/pick ups etc.

The clinic itself is very nice/clean/hygenic - there appeared to be lots of staff and the whole day was well planned out. The procedure itself went well and I believe I will be back to HWT Clinic in the future for a top up.

I would recommend Hugo and HWT clinic very highly, I'm sure there are lots of cheaper alternatives in Turkey but hygiene is very important the whole experience meant it was worth the money spent. I, myself was recommended HWT clinic by a close family friend and will advise you to go with HWT!

From the minute I landed everything was very smooth. I got all my questions answered bia Whatsapp by Hugo and was confident when I met the team.

The operation was very fast (porbably because of sedation) and did not feel any pain at all.

Booked my operation very last minute and was very impressed with how all was handled ! Spoke with Hugo before arriving. Arrived to Istanbul was collected and brought to the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed in checked me in brought me to the clinic the next day! Met Hugo and the team ! Clinic was spotless very professional I was worried about pain and I didn’t feel a thing treatment went very well the language barrier was not a problem I returned to hotel and went back the next day for checkup then headed home ! I was treated like a VIP the whole time everyone was so nice my hair looks great and cannot wait to return to get my crown done next year I couldn’t not reccomend Hugo and the Team at HWT more

Serdar was my main point of contact. I'd been messaging either himself or Hugo for a few years prior to booking my operation. Both are extremely patient, nice, genuine guys.

When I finally made the decision to go ahead with the operation, they made everything so easy.

The company has two drivers: Bahadir and Adem. Both really cool dudes.

I was picked up from the airport and Bahadir made sure I was checked in at the amazing 5-star Hotel, Elite World Grand İstanbul Küçükyalı.

The day after I was taken to the clinic and hooked up the ECG. The anesthesiologist found a particular rhythm in my heart and was reluctant to proceed with operation for my safety.

Serdar and Adem then drove me to the doctors to see a cardiologist. I was very nervous at this time but Serdar and Adem both took great care of me. The cardiologist took readings of my heart and allowed the operation to go ahead. I was given the readings to take away with me and was advised to contact my doctor as soon as I got home. I wasn't charged for this and I'm very grateful to the guys for the support during this time.

The operation went ahead afterwards. It was a 6 hour procedure and I was under local anaesthetic and sedated.

The op went well. I was back at the clinic the next day for my first wash then transferred to the airport again.

It's been nearly 3 weeks now and the results are fantastic so far. This is one very happy Scottish customer. I plan on going back again for my crown to be done in the next couple of years.
