I had to book Hyde Platinum Travels for a funeral recently, which was already one of the hardest days I’ve had to get through. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but honestly they made a difficult day so much easier to bear.

The driver was incredibly considerate from the moment they arrived - quiet and respectful, picking up on the fact I wasn’t in the mood to chat and just letting me have that space. No awkwardness, no forced small talk, just genuine care shown in the little things - checking I was okay, giving me time when I needed it, and driving smoothly and calmly throughout.

It’s a small thing in the grand scheme of the day, but having a driver who was that switched on to what I needed emotionally made a real difference. It took one thing off my mind on a day when everything else felt overwhelming.

Can’t thank them enough for the support and sensitivity shown. If you’re going through something similar, I’d really recommend them.

Booked the Mulsanne for a family wedding, and the car was immaculate and beautifully presented. The driver was friendly, helpful, and professional throughout. Everything went exactly as planned, making the day completely stress-free. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this service.

Was on time as planned and friendly. Also communication was perfect for the picks ups made the travel easy and just what we needed

Hired this company to take the groom and back for the bride. Unfortunately they cannot follow a simple itinerary and never returned for the bride leaving her to find her own way there squashed up in a vw instead of the Bentley she wanted. We can never get that journey back. To top it off the driver was just sat at the venue in shorts and t shirt to take people to their wedding don't believe the smart chauffeur comment on their website. Instead of giving us our money back straight away they tried to get away with half a refund shocking when it was obviously their fault. Would definitely NOT recommend at all!!!
