Ben serviced my boiler today, he was polite, clean and efficient. No hassle what so ever, it was nice that he used shoe protectors in the house. I will be using Hydroheat for all future work.

I have used Hydroheat twice now - last year before I moved abroad to get a landlord gas safety check, and this year to renew the safety check. Both times they got me booked in relatively soon, and were friendly and efficient. My tenants were also pleased with their experience with them.

I had the manual valves on my radiators changed to Hive thermostatic TRVs which simply makes adjusting the heating from individual units super easy - all from the comfort of my smartphone! Hydroheat were very professional, friendly and extremely tidy.

I found Jamie and Hydroheat via social media, he came highly recommended from other Coventry locals and his brilliant Facebook videos gave me confidence he was the right man for the job.

The booking process was great, Hydroheat have someone available to answer calls, book appointments etc so the painful process of hoping someone will return your call or message isn’t an issue. I received email confirmation of the appointment as well as reminders nearer the time.

Jamie gave regular updates on the day of the appointment, turned up on time and I couldn’t have been more happy to see the first thing through the door with him was a vacuum cleaner (the area around the boiler was cleaner when he left than when he came!).

I booked a full strip down service as have been having some issues however upon initial inspection Jamie informed me I would only need the basic service. His honesty was a perfect example of how Hydroheat do business.

Payment was simple and straightforward via bank transfer with all necessary paperwork emailed over for safe keeping.

The boiler has been working perfectly since Jamie left - a great job done, at a fair price and with zero hassle. I can’t recommend Jamie and the Hydroheat team enough.

Combi boiler fitted excellent work, very competent in the work carried out from the plumbing and heating side to making good the tiling to front and back of house can't thank them all enough, would definitely recommend.

I contacted Jamie after my elderly parents boiler stopped working.
My Mum was getting concerned that a new boiler would involve the ripping out of cupboards in the kitchen which hadn’t long been refurbished.
Having explained this to Jamie he felt confident that the job could be completed without the mess that she was getting stressed about.
