Comfy sneakers

Very comfortable trainers and always feel very supportive when I train/run in them!

I ran in a 300 miles relay race in 50 hours straight wearing the Hylo Impact, the route was mixed (asphalt and dirt). I know these shoes have no grip and yet the hylo impact performed amazingly well, my feet are grateful, I have no blisters and all my nails are intact. Today for running they are my first choice, except when I run on the hill, I wonder when Hylo will release a trail running shoe... also the shoes are beautiful and full of details.

Awesome running shoes that not only look fantastic, but perform just as well as they look! It’s also great to know hylo athletics really focuses on sustainability and caring about the environment.

I love my Hylo IMPACT trainers. They are so soft and cushioning and from my very first wear my feet felt supported. I also think it’s great that they are made from Nylon formed from castor beans so they are an environmentally friendly option too!

I now only run in Hylos. On my second pair, have done two Hyrox races in them and they were great on the run and all the stations.

I absolutely love these shoes! Not only are they incredibly comfortable and stylish, but the sustainable ethos behind Hylo Athletics makes them even better. It's great to support a brand that truly cares about the planet. Highly recommend!

Other than how they have focused on eliminating their carbon footprint, these shoes are excellent. The mid foot stabilization is solid and provides great feedback during my stride. Very durable and get better with each run. I'm a fitness coach have done strength sessions in them to help break them in as well.

The most comfortable trainer! A great shoe to just get out and go running and enjoy the run.

Fantastic customer service. A parcel with shoes I had bought online got sent to the wrong post code and I couldn't find any way to get the post office to reroute it. Jamie and the customer service team at Hyloathletics responded instantly to my appeal for help and successfully got the parcel rerouted and delivered which took both ingenuity and persistence - all the while being careful to communicate with me. A model of efficient kindness! As good at it gets! (and a great run this morning!)

Ordered new trainers and shorts for upcoming sports holiday. Paid the extra for next-day delivery to make sure they arrived in time, placing order before advertised cut-off.



No dispatch.



Another day has passed and still no dispatch, and no explanation.



Funds debited from bank account.



Emails now go completely unanswered.



A shame. Back a few years, when the company started, I was one of the first to purchase what was then to become the Sand Hylo Light, and loved them. Had no issues back then.

Absolutely no idea what is happening now, and no communication.



All in all, a pretty miserable experience.


Your ethics as a company extends beyond the 'sustainability' of your products, to how you treat people! Attitude all seems rather 'Oh, mañana'.
